Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nice with hot foods and good drink selections. The room was clean but the bed and bathroom need work. The beds were very uncomfortable and quite worn out. The shower was in disrepair. The doors were not on track and the shower head leaked very badly. The whole area was damp and musty. Overall the area felt safe and had no issues with my car or property. The price point for this motel was higher than it should have been considering the condition.
Stay away from this terrible place

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. The couches were stained, the room doors would not close. It was just dirty and run down. When I requested laundry bags, they gave me trash bags as they did not have laundry bags. The front desk did not have an employee at times and I had to wait for someone to come back. I am never going back here again.

I was very disappointed, I have been a reward member for years,but I was greatly disappointed with this experience. It is NOT comparable to other properties I have stayed with in times past.

The whole purpose of this stay was to just get some peace and quiet for a couple of nights. Staybridge did not disappoint at all. Of all the IHG Family chain of hotels, Staybridge is #1 on my list (Crown Plaza is #2 for the moment). But the Staybridge checks all my boxes. The rooms function, the temperature was just right, it was quiet and peaceful, honestly I should have booked a week or two, but I'll do that later. This short getaway was worth it. I didn't even read that they serve breakfast in the AM, that was a pleasant surprise. So, needless to say, I WILL be staying again at the Beltway 8 and Kempwood location, because they did everything right. Thank you IHG and Staybridge for such a restful and refreshing stay.

This hotel has the potential to be great. You need to clean up the air quality and keep things operational. If you fix these issues, I'll definitely will give you another try.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Very clean amenities and I cannot emphasize how great all the staff was from check-in to housekeeping.
This is a well-managed property and I never felt unsafe.
The location of the hotel had perfect access for everything I needed and look forward to staying there again.

Very homelike enviroment. Was a black out for a few hours. Also pool wasnt available. Hope i am compensated for the short comings.
