Limpieza y regadera

Este es mi hotel favorito y últimamente he notado un descuido en la limpieza en las alfombras, sillon (Sofa/cama) y problemas en la regadera.
En cuestión de alfombras y sollon, hay manchas muy notorias y en relación a la regadera la "Cebolla" o salida de agua, neceitan revisar que el flujo de agua salga bien ya que el sarro causa desvío de agua y sala por todos lados.

My hotel room was in mint condition.
I could perceive a pugnat smell from the drainage from time to time.
I experienced minor issues, like the bathroom sink being partly clogged with what looked like facial hair (room 110).
In a different room (804), the smell was stronger.

Love the place, located outside downtown, fresh air, pool, excellent breakfast and happy hour, the room is cozy and beautiful design, I recommended this hotel

Great social hour and new coffee machine!

This stay was a great experience, social hour was packed but still lot of space and drinks available, also hotel has two new coffee machines, I travel for business so the best thing about this is that I received the invoice on my email really quickly, strange for hotels in Mexico but this one was a great surprise! Really help a lot to complete those expense reports.

Close to company facility

Good place for business is close the the industrial parks. Opportunities on room attention since some amenities were missing during this last trip

Poor attitude by first shift lady and I can’t deal with her didn’t get help at all
Always late and rude I don’t know what to do with this situation but will come back and stay again to see if this improved the situation

I was very surprised with the quality of the hotel, from reception to room, every detail was very good, loved the bathroom and the bed, i grabbed a comfortable rest after a long business day. Strongly recommend this hotel.
