Excellent Hotel in a good location, close to WMU. All of the staff members were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They made us feel like we were family. The room was very, very nice and priced right. We loved the courtyard with the comfortable seating, tables and fire pit.

This is our 2nd stay here, and we'll definitely be back. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet - the staff is super friendly and helpful - and breakfast was really good, lots of choices. We appreciate their pet friendly policy.

This was my first experience at the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge hotel. They provide everything you need and more. I would give this Hotel a 5 star review! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed! Awesome staff and great atmosphere! Staff interaction with the guests was amazing and so much fun! Games in the evening where guests participated and everyone had a great time! I was sad to leave because it was so nice!

I needed a quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, extended-stay room.
This hotel provided exactly that.
Front desk staff was efficient and friendly.
Breakfast was above average in terms of choices and quality

Breakfast the only sore point. Eggs cold and under cooked, bacon raw. People at breakfast never spoke a word, tables not cleaned between users

Our stay was okay as always. I tried the breakfast multiple days. It was average. However, not having ice and the beverage machine being down our entire stay was not good. At one point they were out of silverware and plates. The dining tables were filthy from other guests not cleaning up behind themselves. The area was very very understaffed. The cook had to bus tables, do dishes, and refill the bar with food. Then on our last night there the room next door was booked with a bunch of loud teens for a coed slumber party. I called down to staff from my cellphone because the room phone DID NOT WORK. I heard the kids being addressed in the hall but it stopped nothing.

Bernie Sanders was speaking in Kalamazoo, and I wanted to see him. Also, the Kal-Haven bike trail is a great ride, so I decided to spend the night, watch Bernie, and the next day ride the Kal-Haven. The hotel itself is fine. The problem is that I took advantage of the IHG credit card promotion to get the room discount. The problem has been that, even though I was approved for the credit card, IHG makes it practically impossible to use it before the physical card is issued. I hope we can resolve this issue soon.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Very clean hotel from entering the establishment all the way to our room which was very clean and comfortable.
I would recommend this establishment
Food was good also
Staff was great

We stayed one night at this property and we will definitely be back! The location and hotel itself were excellent. Very nice property, everything was in great condition and ambiance was so relaxed. We were super impressed with the quality, decor and whole experience. The room was excellent, so much room, separate kitchen, living room area, bedroom was separate with doors that closed, bathroom off the bedroom. Very nice if someone wants to stay up and the other wants to rest. Everything needed in the suit/kitchen was provided. The bed was excellent and we slept well. I had an issue with my cpap so that's why I didn't sleep well. The room was extremely quiet, we never heard anyone! They offer complimentary laundry services, had a work out room, social hours with free snacks and drinks (which we weren't able to participate in as we were there on weekend only available M-W). There is an indoor pool . There is an outside area with firepit, multiple seating areas very nice and relaxing with grills too! The only down side would be I wish there was a jacuzzi or hot tub to use. The room and entire hotel was very clean and well appointed. We had free breakfast 7-10 am which is later than alot of other hotels offer. Good variety, nothing fancy but alot of choices. The staff was EXCELLENT! Kristin at the front desk went above and beyond in all aspects. She's probably the friendliest check in person I've ever encountered! We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable always a great place to stay while I’m in town for work.

This hotel changed my expectations of how my stay needs to be at a hotel. My room was always clean. The management and customer agents were amazing. They had bingo nights and fun activities Mon-Weds! Miss Nancie was the BEST when making breakfast in the morning! If you're looking around for a single night or even an extended stay. THIS is where you should stay.
