I enjoyed setting by the pool late night,love the free laundry,Drinks at the pool bar could've been better,Things was broken in room.
Good option if rate is low. Hotel is dated.

This hotel is dated and needs some improvements.
Pros: Excellent location, excellent size of rooms, convenient kitchinette, good internet.
Cons: Dated, small breakfast area for the size of the property and usually crowded, noisy air conditioning system, low lighting inside the room.
This is a good option for your money If the rate is low.

Average hotel but the carpets in the room are dirty. White socks turned black quickly. They need to wash them more often. There were also homeless people in the parking lot by the 7/11

The room was dirty. The staff was nice but the place was run down. Window and sink were broken. AC didn’t work. Not what we were expecting based on photos. Sad to have used up my points on this stay. Disappointed.

We spent 4 nights here purely for location and convenience. Full of families even out if season.
No bar food available. (September)
Overly busy and noisy breakfast. Not enough healthy options.

The hotel is clean but older. The shuttle service is JUST to the parks ONE time in the morning and ONE time back to the hotel. You can NOT schedule shuttles and NO airport shuttle service. There are plenty of other nicer/newer hotels that you could pay the same amount and get shuttle service OR get a cheaper room and still pay to get to your destinations. I picked this hotel for shuttle reasons ...the cost made since because I thought I would have shuttle service. NOT AT ALL. The room was either HOT or COLD and the safe did NOT work. Using the shower the tub filled up. I would not come back.

This was not a bad hotel but didn’t like the broken elevator since we were on the 4th floor and the hidden parking fees

Close to disney and great value for the price. All staff very friendly. Room was really big. Had pool but didnt swim. Breakfast was good with lots of options, had staff to serve some items. Rooms were clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Bathroom had some issues with shower but overall great and would stay here again.
