We had a good stay at Staybridge.
I think it's great that you offer free washer and dryer. Unfortunately, a pair of my new pants were ruined in the dryer. Somehow my pants came out of the dryer with ink stains all over them and they were ruined. I didn't see an ink pen or marker in the dryer but something went wrong...

Stayed one night, room was great, clean, lots of kitchen amenities. Bed was comfortable. Room quiet, bathroom shower could have slightly cleaner, and a little aged compared to the room, but not bad .

I chose Staybridge for the roomy room options, but this particular location is not ran well. The common areas are dirty. I mean dirty where you see dirt, spills, etc in all areas of the common areas. The rooms are cleaned, but couch was sunk in, besucally needed to be replaced and has a black stain over it as if they don't clean couches as they are used year after year. The breakfast was appeasing. I thought about going to get breakfast. It was just through up — no pride or professionalism taken in presenting food to people. Also, the price for the dingy hotel is not fair to the people who reserve and then get there and get a mediocre, unkept business establishment. We pay over $200/night for a place that is worth about $100/night, based on how the manage this place. I won't stay at this Staybridge again.

The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and clean.The common areas, including the breakfast space, were also spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast options were great, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Horrible stay…bathroom flooded everyday

Our stay with StayBridge suites in Lake Charles was horrible. The room was dirty and unacceptable for a family with three children. I booked our room back in April. We somehow ended up in the handicap room but paid the same price as everyone else in our group. The room was smaller, dirty, had a horrible smell, dog hair on the floor and couch and the bathroom situation was a complete nightmare! Since it was for handicapped, there is no threshold just an open shower with a curtain that doesn’t even come to the ground. EVERYTIME we showered, the entire bathroom floor would be covered in water that DID NOT drain. I was have to clean it with towels everyday just so we could walk in there. My 5 year old, 8 year old and myself all slipped and fell just trying to brush our teeth on multiple occasions due to the amount of water puddled on the floor. The drain the middle of the bathroom is slightly elevated so the water doesn’t even drain, instead the soap from the shower comes up from the drain making it bubbly and extremely slippery. To top it all off, our toilet clogged the last night of our stay. They came to unclog it as we were checking out. We had no toilet for almost 12 hours. I can guarantee I will NEVER stay at one of your properties again.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel and it always offer comfort and quite stays. I would also like to thank Rhonda Fevrejean, the front desk manager, for patiently helping me on every questions I have.

I have a crew staying at this hotel and they seem to like it. Said rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel amenities are good. I've talked to a couple of front desk staff members, April and Rhonda, and both ladies are super sweet and helpful. They have made things easier on me when it comes to extending rooms and billing. We will definitely stay here again when working in the area.

The rooms were nice, however we received no room service our entire stay. On day three we requested service from the front desk just before noon, however returned to our room around 7 pm to find we had no clean towels nor the trash was emptied. We decided to leave a day early because of a lack of service.
