Lokasi bagus. Mudah dijangkau saat bepergian di NYS Thruway. Kamar besar dan luas dengan fasilitas dapur. Sangat bersih. Tempat tidur yang nyaman. Area kamar mandi yang luas.
Berbagai macam makanan untuk sarapan.
Pusat bisnis tersedia.
Staf yang hebat untuk diajak bekerja sama.

This was a good place to stay. Would be a great place to stay if you needed to be in town for more than one night and wanted to really use the kitchen and all. We'd stay here again.

Although the bedding and bathrooms were clean, everything else in the room was filthy! stained walls, couch, chairs. and rugs. all need to be removed and replaced. the couch was frightening and unusable. we wore our shoes while walking around the room because it was so bad. for over $600 /night this was the worst experience i have had in an IHG branded hotel. Please make this horrible experience better. Some type of refund or compensation would be appreciated to make up for the horrendous condition and help restore my opinion of your brand. i can provide photos if necessary.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. And to our surprise there was a social hour that offered dinner. We liked the fact that our room had a separate bedroom area, living room and kitchenette. The room had a strange smell to it, maybe from cooking in the room? The couch and the mattresses were not comfortable, could use some upgrades. The bathroom ceiling has some mold and there was also spots that looked like spit balls on the ceiling. The room itself was pretty clean. We would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

The location of this hotel was great for where we were going. The staff was friendly and room size and amenities were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable as well

Well located hotel. Would have done a 10 out of 10 rating ,but, furniture definitely needs updating. Overall, a great stay.

First time staying here and I will be using it again when I am in the area. I will be recommending it as well. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for one night this weekend 9/13-9/14. Hotel was clean minus the water damage on the ceiling in room 164 in the king bedroom. But that's no biggie. Employees were all very nice and accommodating. One employee that stood out over the rest was Mary. Sweet older lady taking care of us during breakfast time. She went above and beyond. Made sure everyone was happy. Even gave us a hug. The world needs more Marys.

Way too much texting with little purpose. I asked twice for it to stop, one of the requests made to the GM, but it never did. I will stay somewhere else next time. Also poor quality food at dinners. Most other Staybridge hotels have much better quality food. I will note that the older lady taking care of breakfast was phenominal, extremely pleasant and goes out of her way to serve.
