Ini adalah hotel yang bagus dan bersih. Saya harus menelpon Front Desk dua kali dan mereka sangat responsif. Jika Anda tidak masa inap 5 hari atau lebih, tidak ada layanan rumah. Anda harus meminta handuk bersih dan sampah dibuang. Mereka membeli dua kantong sampah. Kurasa aku seharusnya memasukkan sampah ke dalam kantong. Kekhawatiran terbesar saya adalah situasi parkir. Ada 3 baris untuk parkir. Baris depan hampir tidak pernah dibuka sehingga Anda biasanya harus parkir di baris kedua dan ketiga. Masalahnya adalah mereka tidak memiliki pintu beton sehingga Anda harus melangkah di lumpur dan melewati semak-semak untuk masuk ke hotel. Saya pikir ini adalah kesalahan besar karena saya memakai sepatu hak tinggi dua kali dan itu sangat menyebalkan. Inilah alasannya saya tidak akan masa inap di sana lagi karena menurut saya itu konyol.

Hotel baru dekat bandara. Dekorasi yang berselera! Tata letak kamar yang bagus. Tersedia mesin cuci/pengering gratis di lobi! Sarapan standar untuk sebagian besar hotel.

I always enjoy my home away from home. My favorite clerk always makes sure me and my kid are good. The kitchen staff is amazing, I’m not sure if there has been changes but the food has now upgraded to turkey bacon and chicken sausage. Love it, the ladies were so sweet and accommodating. Cant wait to go back.🤗

My family and I stayed in one of the suites. When we got to the room, the furniture was chewed on which appeared to be a dog. We found trash underneath the couch(we had a crawling baby. We wanted to prevent the baby from finding anything he could choke on). There was a quarter of a toilet paper roll left in one bathroom and a third of a toilet paper roll left in other bathroom. It was impossible to get room service to bring up toilet paper or towels. We were traveling with two infants, so we needed to have the trash taken out daily. They never came when I called the front desk. They said that room service was only offered during the week to come take out trash. we needed clean towels and he said that the only thing he could offer us was to come get pool towels. I found this very strange because checking in was so lovely and the staff member that checked me in gave me some helpful information. The breakfast crew talks about people in Spanish criticizes how much people are eating and makes fun of people‘s kids. There’s so many more things I could say, but I wanna leave this review with the positive. The beds were really comfortable.

Nice hotel, service not the greatest. A/C was not working in our room, we had it checked twice but the tech said the building controls the temperature. Had trouble sleeping due to how hot it was. Staff didn't do anything. There was also partying going on until past 2 am and staff didn't do anything. Requested towels be replenished on the second day, staff replenished, however, they left our door open. We were gone all day and came back to our room being left open. Thankfully, nothing was missing.

Requested crib on booking was confirmed....got to room no crib in room... asked at the desk and was told housekeeping left and nothing they could do.... try back tomorrow... really it's for a baby get a crib. Will not book here again

3rd party booking. Either front desk cannot find reservation or whoever answer phones for the hotel, did not follow through with adding my daughters name on reservation. I called twice and spoke to Mary and a Joy, and the front counter gal said she has not idea who that was. Turned out ok after all that. It was frustrating.
Great choice for our cruise.

Prior to our stay, I called the hotel, and they recommended a great shuttle service. We arrived early, and Scott, the desk associate, found a wonderful open room. The couch was very comfortable, and the beds were amazing. We were impressed with the breakfast in the morning as well. It wasn’t the standard free breakfast. They had real eggs and sausage and fresh fruit among other things, not just the heat and serve stuff.

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport. We originally booked a standard room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite (Room #622) with our IHG platinum status— which we absolutely loved! The room was clean, spacious, and the bathtub was a great bonus.
Gracie at the front desk made check-in smooth and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, and Diana and Yahaira went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. At check-out, Rosie was also very helpful and friendly.
Overall, we had a great short stay with no complaints. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport exceeded all expectations. From the moment when checked in, Diana at the front desk was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
The suite was clean, spacious, and well maintained with a full kitchen that made me feel right at home. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The amenities were top-notch: the fitness center was well-maintained, the pool area was relaxing, free laundry facilities, the evening reception was a really nice bonus after a long day, and the shuttle service made getting to and from the airport stress-free and convenient.
The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience.
We would highly recommend Staybridge Suites for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We definitely be staying here again.
