Located right off the highway. The facility is older. Lighting in common areas dim. Furnishings definitely seen better days. Stains on the chairs. Backrest rest pillow on chair in bedroom was obviously a seat cushion taken from another chair. Doorstop in bathroom stuffed with toilet paper (Why?) Floors not swept behind doors or underneath cabinet edges. Iron but no ironing board. Shoddy attempt at bathtub repair with what looked like some sort of bandage tape. Breakfast not appealing at all. Dry cereal container with no lid on it. Sausage and eggs cold. Wish this would let me post photos. Could definitely use some upgrades.

Friendly staff. Kitchen was not clean bathroom was clean but outdated. Shower had cracks and floor paint in the shower is cracked and peeling could easy cut you on. Bed and main area was clean. Location was nice. Kitchen had nothing in it to cook or eat with. Would not have used if they did since the kitchen was not clean.

Must stay here!

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. Customer service was on point, property was super clean, quiet stay. Dayana was a super hostess’s, she was beyond polite and professional.

IHG needs to remove this property from its company. We had to change rooms after the first room was across the hall from loud dogs which barked a lot and the fridge was covered in rust and the bed sheets had makeup on them. The second room, the bathroom door wouldn't close and the bed felt like it had springs about to break through. We left a day early and the staff was indifferent to us leaving. Like they couldn't care less. This is nowhere near IHG standards.

Hmmm, pictures on IHG is deceiving. Only thing good about this hotel was staff at front desk and the remodeled hall ways. Our room was dirty, the room needs to be gutted and completely remodeled. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Well nothing worked! Gym was
Out of order, pool was closed, grills did not work, happy hour only had wine as the beers were empty and the room phone did not call out to the front desk.

The hotel at this location was very dirty, the lady at front desk was the only thing pleasant, there had been adult items left in my room, nasty food in fridge, floors were sticky and dirty, dried blood on floor, random small crumbs on floor, which indicates wasn't vacuumed. The mirror in the bedroom was broken and someone wiped there nose on it, mold in several places. Over all very concerning and very uncomfortable, I stayed up all night due to myself being scared of falling asleep because I didn't want to be bit by anything even tho I checked.

The pool is current closed and turning green, both grills are broken. They are so short staffed no one can cook for social hour. Do not come here !

Breakfast was great! The room we stayed in hadn't been renovated since 1975 it appeared. Bottom of the bath tub was not in good shape. I wouldn't stay here again.
