Good for an Extended Stay

Overall this was a great hotel for my business needs. I stayed for 13 nights in September. They had a typical breakfast spread, which was fine. They also had socials for people staying at the hotel during the week which is very thoughtful. I appreciated that the laundry was free. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes before coming home. I will say that I was frustrated with the gym equipment. Only one treadmill worked and after the electrical fire across the street several of the other machines quit working for a few days. They were restarted and they were working when I left. I liked having access to a full kitchen too. House cleaning came daily and the full service came on my 7th day stay. I will say there were some stains onbthe carpet, but this is more an issue with the fact that the building probably needs an update more so than house keeping. I was also worried about the AC because that seemed to be a complaint but my AC worked fine for the entire stay. I have to come back to Memphis and will definitely be rebooking this hotel.

Thank you so much for letting us check in early. We had to leave our Vrbo because of a bug infestation and Ricky was amazing and very friendly. Ricky went above and beyond. I would also like to thank Brenda and the other gentleman who ran the breakfast buffet. The selection was great and the hard work showed. We will be back.

The hotel itself was beautiful. We had a lot of maintenance issue going on in our room. The toilet was overflowing. The bathroom door lock was broken. I phone didn’t work in our room and your maintenance guy was not available till Tuesday, September 6…very frustrating

I highly recommend. The staff is friendly and the parking lot is monitored. Great location in great area of Memphis. Lots of local restaurants and close to shopping. Very quiet area. And best of all, the price is very reasonable

Unfortunate Stay

I am disappointed at the Staybridge Suites. I read the reviews and decided to book rooms for my 70th birthday party. I called the hotel and booked 5 rooms. On June 30. I was told that only two rooms had been booked. I canceled the three remaining rooms. On July 11 my two guests arrive and were told their rooms were canceled. They took no accountability and blamed me
Never again!

Customer Service was excellent. Breakfast options were good. However the hotel had a musty smell and the room had a strange odor too. I also got bit by bedbugs.
