I love this hotel and stay here a lot! All of the staff are so incredibly nice and very helpful! The rooms are always very clean and well-appointed. My ONLY complaint is that for a hotel of this size, they need more luggage carts. I arrive in my own car, and I do not travel light. My suitcase and cooler are always very heavy. On my last few stays, there has not been a luggage cart available on check-in or check-out. Different staff members have helped me move my stuff in or out, but I don’t like to bother them and would rather use a luggage cart.

What’s the purpose of being an IHG member?

Overview: walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbor snoring at night; housekeeping and kitchen staff are friendly; google doesnt lie, front desk needs an attitude check. All google reviews get the exact same reply.

The drama: I got the IHG card and immediately became Platinum Elite. I have the same status with another hotel brand, and I’ve never been this disappointed. I used my free night to stay at this establishment. It’s not a big deal, but my status wasn’t “recognized” at check-in. I had just driven four hours to get here and was in need of water, but the welcome amenity of water and a snack wasnt offered to me even though there was a basket labelled, “give to all members.” I asked for late check-out, and was told it shouldn’t be a problem. Next morning, I requested it on the tv and went to double check at the front desk. “Shouldnt be a problem.” I get back from work at 1, and my key card isnt activated. I go to the front desk, and get it reactivated. Soon after, an older gentleman shows up in my room saying he was issued my room. After talks with housekeeping, I stay in my room and the gentleman goes downstairs. 30 minutes later, 30 minutes before I’m supposed to leave the room, I get a rude call from the front desk that I need to vacate the room immediately because my late checkout wasnt approved and they had already sold my room. Mind you, there were about 15 cars outside, and it wasn’t 4pm, check in time. I can’t wait to use up all of my points and cancel my card because being an IHG member means nothing! Front desk is a joke and a misrepresentation of what good hospitality should be.

Very disappointed with my stay once checked in the rooms carpet was not vacuum found trash everywhere alot of toe nails. Reported to the front desk she advice there was no housekeeping she came to the room and saw it with her own eyes. She called maintenance to come and vacuum which took an hour for him to come ,once there the vacuum smoked the entire room it smelled for atleast two hours had my family wait longer before arriving due to the burn smell. 20 minutes later Maintenance comes again and finally vacuums the room my family was able to come in till after 8pm until the burn smell went away. Front desk advice me Kasandra Chacon Oprations Manager would contact me on Monday , it's Thursday and still no call.

Management needs improvement.

This is a nice facility, in a nice area. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are all nice. Unfortunately, the downfall here is management. We checked in for a four-night stay to find our there would be no water/bathroom facilities in the hotel the following day from 9:30-3:30!! They did nothing to reach out to us ahead of time to let us know this. It totally changed our plans for the following day, obviously, and we should have been made aware prior to check-in. We asked that the manager reach out to us and in a four day stay THEY NEVER DID. We needed to crash after a long day of flights & different time zone, but with the situation we got up early to get showers/breakfast before the water shut off. We were so tired we went back to room but the sound from draining the pipes was so loud we could not even stay in the room. (I have a video) Confused of why we are paying for a totally non-functional room at this point. Wow. And not one peep from the manager. Wow. Also, three of us staying in a room, not enough towels...so we request 3 towels, 3 washcloths. We literally come back to 2 towels, 1 washcloth!! Are we on rations too? We have to go and ask a second time in one day. Only one day in 4 did they bring us enough towels. There is some kind of communication problem here. Our check out staff was super nice and friendly, unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. Nice place, poor manager.

Our vacation was extremely wonderful and we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We strongly recommend staying with this hotel. They definitely have the best vacation spot.

Great place to stay for a travel or vacation if you’re just visiting the area very friendly staff. Always helpful. Welcoming environment almost as good as being at home.

Very dirty. Stains all over carpet, food and stains on furniture. Mattress was old and springs stuck out. Dust caked on everything. Dish soap was watered down. Food drips on cabinets. Blood on bathroom hook and wall. Floor not vacuumed, very loud upstairs. Social event Food was a joke. It was mini pigs in a blanket, cold broccoli, hot broccoli and bread. I mean you cant get any cheaper than that.

Me and my husband went there had an amazing time very clean very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Very close to dining and shopping.

Experience during stay

Stayed for 3 days. Not once was are room maid, even though was washed to be maid. Our stay for 3 days with first room, trash full, no clean towels. When asked to get clean towels, was told they were out of towels. H ad to use same towels for two days until we finally receive clean towels the third day after showing frustration at front desk.
When we checked in the first night, the comforter for the sofa bed looked dirty, and was torn in two areas which was really gross. Went down to front desk to get another comforter to only be told they were out of comforters, was given to bed sheets instead.
The second day after taking a shower, I stepped on the small towel we placed on the tile floor. My other foot scraped onto the tile only to be be cut by a broken tile.
As I checked out, I left the employee at the front counter my experience. She acknowledged my concerns and said she would forward my issues to the manager and I would get a call back. Well, its been two weeks and no phone call.
