Great stay at a great hotel

Stayed the weekend with friends for a a couples trip..it was a nice quiet hotel check in was very easy and pleasant..we had no issues or complaints.The staff was great assisting with our needs and very friendly.The breakfast was great and loved the outdoor seating with the fire pit would definitely recommend to friends and family

The breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast on a Friday was 6:30 am - 9:00 am. Went down at 7:45 am. Toast, bagels, and english muffins were provided. Eggs, sausage links and patties. They were good, but need more variety. Potatoes were gone with no more coming. Waffle machine was not working. Salsa and hot peppers were provided along with cottage cheese. OK if you want to start out your day on the wrong foot. Orange juice was mixed with grapefruit juice, so no plain orange juice. I chose Staybridge instead of a Holiday Inn Express through IHG since they listed remodeling being done and hot breakfast items would be limited. I should have taken the chance since breakfast was very limited at Staybridge. Breakfast definitely needs improved.

Large rooms, very clean, loved having a small kitchen also. only thing that was weird is the night stand was too close to the bathroom so the bathroom door wouldn't close. got the night stand moved then the door to the other room overlapped into the bathroom doorway. lol so kinda poor designing on someone's part but the rooms were spotless and clean. im very pick with clean rooms and this one ( even the bathroom ) was very clean

Check in was smooth and the desk clerk was so kind and sweet. The room was spacious and clean. Many items available in the kitchenette (spoons, cooking utensils, dish soap, ect). Very happy with the size of the room.

Kami memiliki Reservasi menuju properti ini berdasarkan ulasan daring; kami seharusnya memercayai kata hati kami. Kami menginap selama tiga minggu dan hanya menemui housekeeping satu kali, meskipun sudah meminta layanan. Kami menemukan kecoa di lemari kami, kami kehabisan tisu toilet dan harus membeli tisu toilet sendiri, dan kami membuang sampah kami sendiri. Kami juga cukup kecewa dengan kualitas makanan yang disediakan saat sarapan dan acara sosial malam. Kami hidup dan bekerja di jalan dan tentu saja tidak diperlakukan seperti anggota Platinum. Hindari hotel ini.

Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang bagus dan banyak restoran dapat dicapai dalam hitungan menit. Mereka memiliki tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman dan kolam renang dalam ruangan. Dan biasanya mereka menyajikan sarapan yang segar dan berkualitas. Selain itu, stafnya ramah dan membantu. Pasti akan berkunjung kesini lagi!

I was rudely awakened by my room's fire alarm at 2 AM! I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms over the years and have NEVER had such an experience. When I made my way down to the Front Desk the receptionist told me that "steam set it off in another room on a separate floor so that is why my alarm 'may' have been triggered also." NOT COOL!

My recent stay at this hotel was not as comfortable as I had hoped. I was placed in a handicap-accessible room on the 4th floor, which I did not require. This raised some safety concerns—especially when the fire alarm sounded at 2 a.m. In an actual emergency, this setup could be problematic.
The room itself felt dated, with worn carpet, torn furniture, and a lack of USB ports or modern charging options. Breakfast was also disappointing: the waffle maker was broken, the coffee ran out quickly, and the staff didn’t seem attentive to addressing guest concerns or replenishing items.
On a positive note, we had a great time with ample space for our families to meet together in the lobby. However, the overall experience would benefit from updates to the rooms, more attentive service at the front desk and breakfast, and better planning for accessibility and safety. With improvements in these areas, the hotel could provide a much more comfortable and reliable stay.

Like I mentioned, the lobby didn't need Halloween decorations because this hotel was scary enough. The rooms and hallways were so creepy, I have never seen an IHG property that was in this state. Years of stains accumulated on the walls and carpets. The couch in our room looked haunted. The rooms themselves look like they were designed in the 70s, it is desperately asking to be renovated or be put out of its misery. This place was an absolute dump. The staff matched the hotel perfectly, the systems were down so they were manually checking people in. There were about 7 or 8 people waiting to check in and the lady at the front desk went outside to smoke and never came back. I kind of get it but also, come on.

I was very disappointed in this Staybridge visit. Our room was dirty and the property in general is showing wear. The breakfast area was out of almost everything when I arrived (they were even totally out of coffee).
