Great Hotel & can't wait to come back!

This is the first time we stayed at this Hotel and we are very pleased with the time we spent there. The entire staff was TOP NOTCH all the way! ... Kudos especially to the KITCHEN Staff! Irma & Demetri are absolutely both a true GEM & so special! They not only took great pride in the running & maintenance of the kitchen & in presenting the AMAZING breakfasts we enjoyed so much each day, but they were also so sweet, welcoming & friendly! We want to say also that we loved our suite! ... It was set up so beautifully & made our stay very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming too! Kudos to Lydia, Elijah & Daniela for helping with each current need or question we had! I don't know the names of the wonderful people that took care of cleaning the rooms and janitorial services but they were super great too! We look forward to coming back to this Hotel again when we visit our family! I grew up in San Antonio and it is always nice to get back home! ...Ya'll made our memories extra special and we appreciate it so very much!

Dirty sheets, sofa bed torn, and the worst thing was getting shocked when using the gate access. When we brought it up with front desk, they said they already knew about it. No warning, just a big electric shock.

ROOM 209 AC DOSE NOT COOL ROOM LOWER THAN 74
Bathroom door is not in good shape hard to open and close.
Rust on the door. On trim in bath.
Rust on door and rust on trim in bathroom

I was there the 15th of this month, I have BUGS in my room I talked to the front desk, they give me another room I ask to have the manager call me HI/ SHE until this date hasn't call me , I have videos they may go soon to the Internet for EVERYONE to see .. if you don't want this ,you know what to do ..

This hotel is clean, spacious, and centrally located. This is now my hotel of choice on my next visit to San Antonio.

Everything was clean, everyone was kind, the breakfast bar was amazing. The rooms? SPOTLESS. Absolutely amazing and I had room to put my child in his crib and still be able to walk around. Loved everything about this hotel!

Roaches in the silverware drawer, stuck on food on the plates and in the cup in The cabinets, yellow stuff dripping down the walls and doors from midways down, floors super dirty, kitchen floor disgusting, huge yellow stain on the mattress on the pull out bed, just overall bad IHG hotel. Reported when 1 st day and never was cleaned up and checked out with the nasty dishes still on the counter

DO NOT STAY THERE JUST DONT. Stayed there for a month. Never had appropriate room service. We would have to beg for them to come. And when they came it was the worse ever. Would never change out the sheets. Their front desk is rude. Despite being diamond elite did not provide late checkout. Although they always cleaned in the afternoon they made sure to come early on the day of checkout to “kick you out” didn’t bill properly even though I asked them MULTIPLE times. Will come up with any excuse to short you of your well deserved member points. When I called they said too late can’t do anything about it and hung up in my face. Charged extra for parking although there were never places to park still Ended up parking on the street after taking my money. I’m sure IHG will comment “we’re sorry you had a terrible experience” and fix nothing.

This was probably the nicest IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, the breakfast was great & the staff was very friendly. I travel to Texas several times a year & this is one of the few hotels we stayed at that the rooms, halls & even stairways, weren't humid. In most of the hotels, the halls & stairways are very humid but not this one. I will definately be staying here again.

Excelente location, suites spacious as any other Staybridge hotel. Only downside, a dead cockroach under the living rooms desk
