The hotel was in good condition and the staff was very friendly and supportive. We were here for a conference and we were treated amazingly by everyone we encountered. We had some noisy (screaming late into the night) guests on the eighth floor that I wish they would’ve taken care of and enforced their 10 PM quiet rule but other than that my stay was flawless.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do.
The hotel features a fantastic pool, and the sixth-floor loft is a standout. Ilt offers access to a bar, bowling alley, arcade, and much more, providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Clean facility, great rooms, nice breakfast. enjoyed the bar area in the evening watching all the bowlers, etc.

Terrible experience. Wrong info given on Social Hour, measly offerings included only two options for beer and bottle soda (if we were given anything) and old chicken nuggets and pretzel bites.
Our room was right next to the elevator, even though the hotel was not at capacity. There was construction on the roof right outside our window that started at 7AM every day of our stay. The Internet AND the cable barely worked if it did at all which it didn’t for the last two days of our stay.
Lastly, the bathroom and shower were not clean. Rust, soap scum, and grime all over the shower and toilet.
Good option close to Niagara Falls

It was good. The breakfast was poor and messy, not enough space. The toilet wasn't working good.

No one was there during checkout.. Pet hair all over the door.. bathroom was not cleaned proper. Pet hair on bed and sofa in the living room. Pillow in the living room look liked it was never washed.. The front desk person at the night said he will give 5000 points for the inconvenience but never received it

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My 1BR suite was contemporary, comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great. I loved that I was allowed to have my dog join me at a reasonable fee. I didn’t use the pool or fitness facilities, but it was nice to know they were there. I’d definitely return to this hotel. I had a great stay.

I was a wonderful stayed. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. They was a bowling ally, arcade game for all ages.

Sangat direkomendasikan. Semuanya baik untuk pergi, dan saya akan senang untuk masa inap di sana lagi segera. Lanjutkan mengerjakan sarapan dan minuman di area resepsionis, seperti kopi dan teh.

Keluarga kami memutuskan untuk melakukan perjalanan keluarga spontan dan pergi ke air terjun Niagara dari NJ. Setelah kami tiba, staf sangat ramah dan informatif. Semua pertanyaan kami tentang daerah itu dijawab. kamar itu kamar yang bagus sehingga 1 malam masa inap kami akhirnya menjadi 2 malam masa inap. Kolam itu indah dan bersih. Sarapan sangat segar dan lezat. Segala sesuatu tentang hotel, staf, dan aktivitas ini 5/5 luar biasa. Saya sangat merekomendasikan kepada semua keluarga untuk masa inap di sini.
