I had a fantastic experience at Staybridge Suites Montreal Airport! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendliness really set the tone for a great stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with excellent air conditioning that kept things comfortable throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the in-room amenities, which made it feel more like a home away from home.
One of the standout features was the complimentary breakfast—a generous spread with plenty of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start each day.
Another huge plus was the on-site laundry facilities. Having access to clean and modern machines was a lifesaver during my extended stay, and it added a lot of convenience.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I immediately felt well taken care of.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning!

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel, amazing sized room and very comfortable, extremely clean, looked like we were the first ones to be there. Hotel is super modern and beautifully decorated to our taste and it was a very smooth check in and checkout process, we looked at the pool and gym although we did not have time to use it but they looked amazing too. Will definitely come back!

We stayed at staybridge suites, Montreal airport. It was a family road trip. The first night we were there, we noticed that the remote control was missing from the room. So we called down to the front desk, and they said they would bring a remote up to the room, they never did. The following morning. I went down to the front desk to ask for remote for the TV, and they did not have any available remotes, and said that they would bring one to the room, which, once again, they never did when I was leaving and I explained to the front desk that we could not watch TV as there was no remote, they offered me. 500 rewards points. And said that they were sorry.
I think because this is a new hotel, it's very disorganized. I had to get holiday inn corporate involved. Will not stay at this hotel moving forward as it has wasted everyone's time.

Loved staying here, brand new, clean, great design, comfy bed, good WiFi and couldn’t hear other rooms!

Stayed in Room 631 under confirmations 61001618 (Free Night) + 63659911 (Points).

Was wrongly charged $100 CAD – deposit handled as a charge/refund instead of authorization. Even worse, refund sent to a different credit card. Completely unacceptable.

Service was a disaster:

1/ Phones not answered, 15+ mins on hold.

2/ Shuttle NOT running 12PM–4PM (airport hotel?!).

3/ Lobby chaos at midnight, 50+ noisy people unchecked and 0 crowd control

4/ Room never cleaned despite 3–4 requests.

5/ Filthy laundry room.

6/ Breakfast = long queue with 0 no crowd control, terrible experience.

This is a total management failure. Hotel GM must be held accountable.

I demand a full refund, corrected bill, and response within 24h, or I will escalate to IHG NA leadership + dispute charge with bank.

Good location to access airport and downtown montreal 12 min away from it.

It was an amazing experience I really recommend this Hotel , excellent location the rooms were very wide and clean the breakfast was varied and had a lot of option , the pool was very clean , very helpful and friendly staff .

Incredible new property feels like an intercontinental. Amazing staff and rooms. When I mentioned I had an early flight and would not be able to make breakfast, they prepared breakfast for me and sent it to my room.
