I enjoy having the ability to run off the freeway and the stay bridge hotel is right there, which is very convenient for my travels and business.

Booked a suite with 2 queen beds for my sister and I. We were greeted very nicely at the front desk and was thanked for being a member. I received a welcome bag with water, a snack and a chocolate bar... with my name on it! Check-in is normally 4pm, but I arrived at the hotel at noon to explain that I would be having out-patient surgery later that afternoon. I asked if I could just give them my ID and information while I was still cognitive and able to do so before my surgery, but that I didn't need the room until later that evening. They not only took my information but also made the room available to us at that time, although we hadn't intended and didn't go to the room then. When my sister and I arrived later after my surgery the front desk offered her a wheelchair so that she could easily take me up to our room.I guess they saw that I was still pretty out of it. I was very grateful and very pleased with the service and kindness I received. Thank you!

I enjoyed a wonderful week at this location. The staff at this hotel were amazing, courteous, and went overboard to make sure all my requests were handled well. The breakfast was good as well as the evening social hour. What a great benefit the gym and the laundry room were as well. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my kitchen.

Don’t stay here. They don’t clean the rooms. We had pubic hairs on the floor, a dirty wash rag with pubic hairs left in the bathroom, crumbs in the pullout couch and the room smelled like smoke. We checked out after one night because it was so bad.

Room got upgraded by the front desk lady who’s named Princess, and even though there’s couple issues appeared during my two nights stay, but they were all well addressed by the manager Christina and her team!

I am a diamond elite ihg member and I use IHG hotels for all my trips. I was very impressed with the service at Staybridge St Petersburg. On arrival I received a goodie bag with water and personalized chocolate bar as well as other snacks. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit again.

The room was dirty with roaches on the tables and when you pull out the table it was gross, roaches were everywhere.
I video the room it was just gross...
Blood stains on the the sofa
Shower was dirty and it never came on

Would not recommend. None of the managers seemed to care about our valid concerns. (Toilet not working and pool not accessible all weekend) The pool was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.

Hotel and staff is very nice. Always clean and comfortable. Staff very respectful and no issues in my room. I always love the breakfast selections. Great convenience snacks and toiletries. Cilla at the front desk is the friendliest staff member and goes above and beyond for guest. Great customer service!
Large room, needs better cleaning

Had an overnight stay for an event in the area. Easy to find. Parking was a little tight, so get there early. Room was spacious, nice to have a full kitchen. Associate at reception desk was very friendly and professional. Gym was adequate. Saw a roach in my shower so that was a big negative. And there was no handsoap in our dispenser. Overall an okay place to stay if you want more room.
