Great accomodation to spend a family weekend

My children enjoyed the breakfast and playing basketball.
We have one of the largest suites with a view of the fields, which was a nice feature.
Everything was clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my oversized room. Great kitchen space, big king size bed, vanity space separate from the bath and toilet area, which I love. Great Breakfast, the evening reception is a nice treat. I like that they have a fountain drink machine available during breakfast and the evening reception. Located near a ton of places to eat: CFA, Cici's, Whataburger, Canes, In & Out, Hard Eight BBQ, and a lot more.

the suite was clean and very comfortable. i will stay there again, the staff was great. My whole experience was very good i highly recommend this hotel for future stays.

we booked this hotel for a family weekend away it was amazing it hoad and outdoor pool, basketball court seating for relaxing and a grill outside.

The room was very dirty. There was white carpet powder all over the floor. I've noticed that this hotel is starting to look like a Motel 6. Lots of cosmetic issues. Not even close to the other Staybridge Hotels that I've stayed in over the past year.

Go home away from home coming from someone who wants worked in the hotel industry. I must say no one the In-N-Out of a hotel and seeing how they commit to their guest is outstanding. I have very few complaints and when I did, they were on top of it I like to tell the staff thank you and send a special shot out to Janet Patel
Insufficient towels provided for multiple nights

For a booking of two adults and two children, the room should have been stocked with enough towels for all guests. Upon arrival, only three towels were provided, and I had to request an additional one that evening.
On the second day, housekeeping was not available due to the weekend. When I requested more towels at the front desk, only one was offered. I then asked a member of the housekeeping staff if I could have three more, but was told none were available.
On the third day, although the room was cleaned, only three towels were left again instead of four.

Nice and clean hotel with great customer service. Only thing I would change is the food at the happy hour. Needs to chips and salsa, charcuterie instead of mashed potatoes and vegetables.

We had a Girl’s Spa day at WorldSprings and stayed 2 nights at Staybridge. Great hotel, nicely appointed, spacious rooms. Have to say that the HH ‘appetizers’ were different in that it was mashed potatoes and cold veggies. Overall, it’s a great hotel and definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
The Colony is a nice place!

The place was beautiful and quiet. The room was better than the pictures. We had a comfortable night sleeping. My family and I enjoyed our stay there and keep talking about the Colony. We would definitely come back to it if in the area.
