Wonderful stay at Staybridge! We have stayed here before and we love this place. Like being at home! The staff is great and attentive! Clean, clean, clean! Location is perfect easy to find and close to everything. The evening reception is so nice and the guy in charge is so nice! The breakfast is WOW! Can't wait to get back again! Thanks for a wonderful time

Property and location are great. Check in was not so good. I had to come back to the desk and ask for bedding for the fold out couch. The guy working the breakfast was awesome.

Stayed 2 night for a friends wedding. Had catered dinner in conference room, was nice. Staff were friendly. We had so much food we had staff come take a plate or togo box!
Hung out in the loung watched football and had a few beers. Clean hotel, rooms and loike they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion to use. Makes for less luggin bottles. This is our 2nd IHG hotel we stayed at in a few weeks. They're all very nice places and staff. And rates are reasonable!

Stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights, and while there were some positives, overall it was not a great experience. We noted the size of our group (and ages of our children) on the reservation, but upon check in, everything was set up for 2 guests instead of 4. We had to go pick up sheets and pillows for the pull out couch, only had 2 guest towels, etc. The queen bed was comfortable, but our sheets were ripped, the comforter was thin, and I woke up with an allergic reaction in the morning, which i get if there are dust mites present on a mattress. The shower ran out of hot water when we were giving our kids a bath (turned from warm to literally freezing), and the hotel generally had an unappealing smell. When we came back to the hotel the first night, there was no one at reception at all, so anyone could have walked right in. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the guy working the buffet worked his butt off to make sure everything was available, clean, etc. our kids liked the indoor pool, though it was freezing, and having a full size fridge and laundry on site was convenient.

The hotel is ok staff almost refuses to look up in the lobby and are not mean but not welcoming! The shower was terrible and very light in room 427

Clean and welcoming. The breakfast offerings were well presented and an excellent variety. The yogurt bar is an excellent option as are the Waffels

One of the worst serviced room I've ever had at an IHG property. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, food and spilled liquid in the fridge, underwear between the couch and ottoman! Housekeeping literally swept underwear into the hall and left!

Glad we stopped at this staybrige to be able to have a separate room so we could put our toddle to bed early and not just lay in a dark room for hours. No usb charging available in a room which was a bummer but we made due by charging in our car (our bad for not having a charging block with us). Sofa was pretty busted, glad we didn't have to find out if the pull out worked. Pool was clean, but very cold-- refreshing after a hot day!

My wife and I love this location... We are close enough to make sporting events in Pittsburgh but far enough from the city... Breakfast is great... The outdoor patio is so wonderful to sit and relax. We also appreciate that the location is far enough from the highway that it is quiet.
My new favorite hotel! Truly a wonderful experien!

I booked this hotel because I wanted a big room with a kitchen at a good rate, knowing I may suffer with less amenities and cleanliness. That was absolutely NOT the case! This hotel was extremely clean, they went over and above what I was expecting and the price was FANTASTIC! I will be staying at this hotel EVERY chance I get! Wonderful hospitality, huge breakfast selections, and SOCIALS every Monday - Wednesday! The socials had adult beverages and REALLY GREAT food! This was very unexpected and VERY MUCH appreciated!
