Real disappointment

Stayed here for 8 nights sept 13th,2025.
What a disappointment. I stayed in one of their long term stay suites that had a kitchenette. The service was not reasonable. Housekeeping was sporadic and inconsistent. They charged me an extra $10 for internet. Made an enquiry and was told a manager would call me but of course no one calls. Spoke to front desk and they said someone may or may not call. I have stayed at over 100 Ihg properties and never been had this type of service or communication break down. I think after 24 years of the IHG brand I am going to try the Marriott ‘BonVoy’ platform. Can’t get a call back regarding an over charge of $10 after spending close to $2,000 for 8 nights. Your loyalty doesn’t matter. When it doesn’t try another brand.

Very good accommodations and friendly staff. Close to theatres and the market.

Comfortable Room, Great Breakfast

I stayed for one night with my mother. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would have liked to be able to stream or cast Netflix or another streaming service but, other than that, we had a very nice stay. The breakfast was very good, no just plain/boring continental offerings. All the staff were attentive and lovely.

Room was great. Location perfect especially if you want to enjoy the farmers market. Biggest issue was the pool is shared with the holiday inn, and was absolutely disgusting. Very cloudy and large clumps of hair floating everywhere. Was a very uninviting pool to say the least. Other then that everything was great.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here very much! Our room was kept very clean and well stocked with supplies. The breakfast was average but it was nice to have proper cutlery.
Our only complaint however was that we were told about the $100 Rider placed on the room upon arrival however we were not told it would take 3-5 business days for it to be reimbursed. This was not satisfactory especially being Elite Members.

Worth it for the cost? Not really

Stay for the cost is not worth it IMO. Room lacked basics and appeared to be missing some fundamental components I.e no coffee in room, no soap etc. I was gawked at by the night security guard whom appeared to hid behind a vehicle and it wasn’t until I confronted him, he left,
Lighting was poor, bathroom had water leaking overall it was meh

One of the nicest chain hotels I've stayed at. The suites are perfect for families or business. Rooms were extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to make your own meals. Great location to visit St. Jacobs.

Exercise room and breakfast are very good

The hotel is nice, the free breakfast is pretty good and overall our stay has been very good.
My only complaint is the couch in the suite is very uncomfortable and although I requested for someone to swap it out, no one ever got back to me. We have been staying so far over 60 nights and that couch is horrible.
Also I really wish someone had provided us accurate information on how to maximize our IHG points due to the length of stay.

Very comfortable stay! Agents were so helpful and everything was easy. Very clean room with many amenities.

Great location, enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here for a wedding in June. Location is fabulous right across from the St Jacobs Market. Beds were also comfortable and it was nice to have a separate living room space.
