Had a great stay at the Staybridge on bath road. Rooms are spacious and have a decent kitchen area. Breakfast was great and the morning crew made our day! Cris in the evenings at social hour was also very nice and helpful.

I've stayed here before and didn't hesitate to book again for this trip and once more - was not disappointed. Perfectly located, close to LHR, rooms / suites are immaculate and whilst catering facilities are available within the suite next door is a lovely restaurant off you want to eat out.

Hotel itself was very nice. Customer service however, has been absolutely horrific. When I checked out, I asked them to email me a copy of my receipt for my expense report. A couple of days later and I still hadn't received it. I tried calling them multiple times and no one answered. It took 6 calls to finally get someone to answer the phone. Explain the situation to them and they said they would email me the receipt. Still didn't receive it. Tried calling them a couple more times and didn't get an answer. Finally gave us.

Fast forward to today, a full month later. I get an email saying here is the receipt for your stay that you requested. Awesome! Except, there's no attachment in the email. Nothing in the email that says how much the stay was. Only a link that sends me back to this page where the website tells me that my bill isn't available online and asks me if I want to contact the hotel to receive a copy of it. Are you freaking kidding me?!?!

TLDR: Hotel is nice but, for the love of god make them print out the receipt if you need a copy of it.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very nice. Any question I asked of anyone was answered well. The gym was very nice. It was easy to get to the airport and easy to get there from the airport. All in all, I was delighted by the behavior of the staff and the hotel itself.

This hotel is great. Good location to the airport, restaurant next door at the Holiday Inn, but not great service at the restaurant, rooms are clean and modern, television selections are not the greatest, bed and pillows are pretty comfortable, staff was very polite, except for a gentleman that I believe was a manager; rather than assisting us he directed us to speak with the desk agent that was already waiting on someone else.

Always a great place to stay with family when in UK. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are warm and helpful. The kitchen/dining staff and room cleaners are especially polite, diligent and warm too. The suites are comfortable, fully equipped with kitchen and cookwares, and rooms are cleaned on time every day. London bus service too is available within short walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.
