Buenas instalaciones y personal atento

He tenido problemas con la cama, el descanso no ha sido el que normalmente tenía en este hotel, pero en general las instalaciones son espectaculares y el personal muy atento
Hay parking cerca asequible(aunque cierra por la noche)
Para mí el descanso es fundamental, por eso la valoración es un poco baja. Quizá me ha tocado el colchón y/o la base de muelles más "gastada", porque otras veces la cama sí era más flexible. Firme(bastante firme, tirando a denasiado) pero sin llegar a ser una piedra como en esta ocasión

Las almohadas son bastante mejorables

Fabulous modern hotel

We came here to watch the fireworks over the city on NYE as my daughter is autistic and doesn't like noise and crowds. We asked for a high floor with city view which we got and had a fabulous eve celebrating from our room. Cosy room, extremely comfy beds, great room service for breakfast next morning and very friendly staff. Room and bathroom spotless. Bus stop over the road for very short ride into centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic room with a huge comfy bed. Location right in the heart of Manchester, yet the rooms are quiet. Friendly staff, the only complaint would be the food and drink prices, otherwise this is a first rate city hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. The staff will go out of their way to do anything for you.

Good business hotel

Good hotel for the price. All fine except room temperature which would not go below 19c which is fine in the day but too warm for a bedroom with thick duvets. Would like to have seen some veggie sausages at the breakfast buffet they are now almost standard in UK hotels of this class, self service coffee at breakfast would also have been useful.

1st time of staying here. Booked a club room but as it was quiet the club room was not utilised and had to use the bar for the canapés and drinks. For most part the staff were friendly and helpful. Just 1 young girl insisted on providing less than a measure of gin per serving making you feel awkward to get another drink. Luckily she was only there 1 night. Other than that the rest of the staff were exceptional. Ron very comfortable. Staff apart from the young blonde behind the graduate bar were phenomenal. Would love to return

Friendly efficient service and a lovely room in what I’d a very airy and bright hotel.
A small criticism would be about breakfast - lots of choice but Cooked breakfast choices were all lukewarm and the toaster didn’t brown the bread even after three goes.
Otherwise everything was good and in particular the bar area was very comfortable with good service and good drinks range/choices and the room and bathroom were lovely.

Comfortable bed and great service. Clean rooms. Breakfast incredible, everything you could need and more. Staff charming and very polite. Bar staff very friendly and polite.
Buses nearby.
