We were in town for a wedding. Nya greeted us and was exceptionally helpful with questions and provided us perspective for our venues. She asked if late checkout was needed and indicated she was working the next morning, if our plans changed. (EXEPTIONAL customer service). Our room was large and very clean. Breakfast was first-rate.

On Sunday when we checked out the assistance that we received from 2 different workers was above and beyond.
The reason i say this is first my granddaughter forget her necklaces in the bathroom of the hotel, when i called back the person who answered the phone ran up to the room to check. I really appreciated her volunteering to do this. When she came back to the phone she let me know that there was a full bottle of shampoo and a pink bathing suite in the bathroom, when my husband got there she provided him the key so he could get the forgetten items. Later Sunday night it was discovered another item was left in the room, when i called back Tiffany ran up to the room to find the charger that was missing. Both of these employees went above and it was very much appreciated that they did this all with a smile.
Comfortable Beds and Extremely Clean

Our stay was great! Our check in host was great! She was professional and courteous. The room was large and easy to get around in. The high ceilings made the room feel open and comfortable . The beds and pillows were really nice and the bathroom was large and spacious. The price was very affordable and there were restaurants within a block of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel located in Ankeny with access to everything you need. Spacious room is equipped with a full kitchen. Lobby area is excellent for family gatherings and relaxing.

The room was nice.
However, the water pressure in the shower was terrible.
Also, I had to call the front desk 3 days in a row before someone came up to clean the room.
The room also only provided silverware for 2 people, even though the room could sleep 4 (6 if you count the sofa bed). We had to call down to get more silverware.
The hotel advertised an afternoon Social Hour with free appetizers and drinks. This never occurred.
It was also nice to have a free washer and dryer on site. We were there for 6 days/5 nights.

Quick/efficient/friendly check in. Clean public areas & room was really nice. Large kitchen area with all ammenities & the bathroom lwas large. Highly recommend!

The rooms are roomy and comfortable as well as quiet. Everything is modern and new. The workout area has nice equipment. There are 3 treadmills, 1 bike, 2 elliptical trainers and dumbbells up to 50 pounds.

Was pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleaningness of the property. My IHG stays have been hit or miss so I'm glad to see that this location has it's act together.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. I love how the television was proportional to the room. Overall great stay. I definitely recommend this hotel. I will keep coming back!

I would recommend this location to anyone. Easy access to anywhere in the area, warm, comfortable atmosphere. Comfortable beds, great shower, and quite.

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay at Staybridge. The rooms were large, clean and modern. The staff were always friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Beautiful, new, clean hotel! Spacious room, excellent complimentary breakfast. Warm pool. We will definitely stay here again!
