Cancellation and Flexibility for Guests Affected by Regional Disruptions
We are actively monitoring the evolving situation across the Middle East. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues remains our highest priority, and we continue to take all appropriate measures in line with guidance from government and authorities.
If your travel has been disrupted and you booked directly with IHG to stay at a hotel located in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt or Israel, we have revised our cancellation policies to offer greater flexibility, allowing you to cancel or amend your booking until March 31, 2026 . Additionally, we are accommodating guests currently in these countries who are unable to return home because of airspace closures by facilitating extended stays, in accordance with the local governmental guidelines.
For bookings made through a third-party online booking platform or travel professional, please contact them directly and refer to their terms and conditions.
