Little did the staff know I was in town to attend our Mom’s funeral. My heart was shattered and my tears were on the cusp of flowing. Upon entering the lobby for check in the staff was warm, easy to communicate with and wanted to ensure my stay was perfect. A house keeper stopped by and said “welcome , we are glad you are here. Stay warm!” Little did they know how shattered my heart was but they made my day a little brighter.
Bed was comfortable room was nice

I thought the pool was cold and could’ve been cleaned a little better and I thought when I booked the room, it said you guys had a hot tub when I got there. There was no hot tub it had been and closed.

I always enjoy my business stays in Cedar Rapids largely due to this hotel. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean with plenty of towels. And it’s located in a great area very close to the interested.

Toilet did not work, noisy people above us at 3 am, stains in carpet, ants in kitchen, door knob didn’t work so couldn’t get in the room, terrible terrible terrible!!!

Room was niice and comfortable. Only issue was a plugged toilet that i was given a plunger. No maintenance onsite.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Great set up. The breakfast wS very good. Plenty of choices. Very friendly staff. I will recommend. Staybridge.

I really enjoyed my stay, the only thing is the bed was comfortable for the most part but the bed was a little too firm for me.

Excellent service, friendly and polite! Great selection for breakfast. Rooms nicely decorated with updated amenities. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were uniformly friendly and cordial.
The bathroom was NOT clean.
Not as bad, but the bathroom had endured extreme wear or modest damage depending on one’s perspective.
Finally, the large room (sleeps six) had ZERO places to put any piece of luggage! The top of the dresser would have been one…but the TV cabinet hung so low over it that there was only enough height for a slim briefcase. The designers phoned this one in!!

Hotel is fine enough but it isn't very clean, mold in shower, dirty toilet. No bedside table on one side. Kind of old looking. Hard to tell if it isn't maintained well or was renovated using the lowest bidder. The area isn't great either.
I would stay again if I had no other options but for the cost it is a pretty bad deal.
