From the moment I walked through the doors with my Wife we were met with a wonderful enthusiasm and welcoming from the GM, Addison, and Assistant Manager, Samuel, and the rest of the staff.
Whatever we asked for was never too great.
For seven days every day with smiles, even though there was construction happening in the hotel for the future guests, it was never a problem for the staff to continue with the smooth operation placing their customers needs and wants first place.
Breakfast was always warm and ready. The pool was sparkling and the hot tub hot.
The rooms were kept amazingly clean every day we stayed by the hotel staff. They put an emphasis on this and are proud of it.
My name is Walter and I highly recommend this hotel as a home away from home if you’re going to be in Chandler Arizona, I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
When we come back to Chandler, we know exactly where we’re gonna stay to feel like home away from home.

Convenient and clean. Good location, it is next to shopping,restaurants and freeway. Suites is spacious and functional. Kitchen is clean. Bath and vanity is separate, it is well designed. AC is a bit noisy, that is the only thing needs to improve.

Special thanks to receptionists Ash and Berta for all the extra help during our last stay.
Also, thanks to management for updating the Hotel and furnishings to a more contemporary look.

room 105 needs better touch-ups to patches with plaster on walls and cocking edges for the counter tops. The carpets are worn and need steam cleaning. Lastly, the king bed was stiffer than most IHG hotels.

During my stay the hotel was doing renovations/upgrades/remodeling. on my last night there a note was taped to my door notifying my that they would like me to change rooms. Now i have been there for 2 nights already and no one had said anything of the work going on, also there were no visual aspects of what was going on(no dumpsters, construction materials). I had the choice to move to another room or stay in the one i had, i choose to stay since i was checking out the next morning, i had notified the front desk that i was staying in the room. When i went to check out the person could not find me by my room number as some had already switched it the computer as me changing rooms. Not happy with the lack of communication as the work that was being done is not something that just happens, it has to be planed out and scheduled in advance, so someone knew it was happening but did not notify before or at check in

The facility is undergoing a remodel and still it is quiet and clean.

I had a great experience at this specific property in Chandler AZ.
The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I currently have a preferred company rate that Jacky Trujillo set up as the Director of Sales. By the way she is terrific to work with.

From the moment we walked in to check in, the front staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean. Hot tub was ACTUALLY hot and the breakfast buffet was yummy. Having the washer and dryers were helpful. We'll definitely book to stay here again!

The place is located at the heart of chandler with friendly staff , wide breakfast selection and cozy environment. The hotel also offers social event which is great addition to already exceptional service

Nice hotel, lovely pool. The appliances in the room were a little dirty but they have dish soap if you want to rewash them and wash before you checkout. The room felt like it was vibrating all night so a little hard to fall asleep. Water in the front was delicious and super quiet room, the computers were awesome to use as well.

As always, the Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. I've stayed at this IHG location several times over the last few years, and it's one of the best in the area. I don't think this is an IHG issue, but I did have an issue with my GPS wanting me to turn the opposite direction of the hotel. When I would get to the corner of the hotel's location, my GPS always says it's to the right when it's actually on the left you can see the hotel. You can see the hotel to the left. It has done this every time I've been to this location.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite for myself and our 2 grown children so everyone would have their own bed. Unfortunately the room got double booked. I went down to the front desk to ask if they had a room like I had booked because we were short a bed. The lady at the desk was on the phone with the hotel manager when I walked up. He had noticed the mistake from home on his day off and called to make sure that we had a second room so that our family had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The management of this hotel is fantastic and the service provided at the front desk was friendly. We will stay at this location again when traveling to Chandler.
