We enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was spacious and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay again. Also the location was very convenient.

This was the first time my niece and I stayed at this IHG Hotel but it won't be the last. Convenient location excellent accommodations and professional staff. Prices are reasonable within today's economy.

The updated room was beautiful. The only drawback was that the fitness center was closed for renovation during our stay. Every person that we interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

They were doing renovations but the hotel was clean and no noise. The new rooms are a good size, comfortable. The kitchen was nice, stove top, fridge and dish washer. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful also. Thank you all. God Bless

We stayed the night in 2025 and the rooms were very large, 2 full bedrooms plus a living area. The biggest downside was the rooms weren'y very sound proof from the hallway.

The staff needs to make sure they know the rates of the rooms so that they can clearly give the correct price. Management needs to know how to talk to people without being rude and nasty and stop running people's cards without permission.

Clogged toilet no room to switch to husband had to plunge the toilet
Pool bathrooms disgusting covered in urine since housekeeping doesn’t arrive until 10 two hours after the pool is open I had to clean urine off the toilet so my 5 year old could use it
The pool floor is extremely slippery my daughter fell and cut the top of her foot and was bleeding and bruised
Manager doesn’t respond and when I finally got thru to him after speaking to ihg customer service he credited me 50$ for a pet fee and promised 10000 points which I never even got
Still trying to get in touch and the manager won’t return my call
