The hotel was perfect for our visit. Convenient to all activities. Breakfast was good, and the staff was great! The only downfall is the gym which was underwhelming with a few broken cardio machines and no cleaner.

O happy hour da noite não foi dos melhores. Eles só tinham nachos e um tipo de cerveja. Geralmente o staybridge tem Standards mais altos para esse happy hour. Não ajudou que o espaço do saguão em que isso foi realizado era de 77 graus. Não foi bom. Também esperávamos ir a pé até um restaurante próximo, mas isso também não foi uma opção, pois o hotel está fora da rua principal. Não é um local agradável. É melhor ter uma estadia de 15 minutos a leste ou 15 minutos a oeste.

2 of the 3 tvs did not work put a case in and never heard back from the management team. Person how came to fix it just said talk to management and that they try to keep up on everything. Not to forget the indoor heated pool was cold and hot tub was out of order. Most amenities could not be used and worst breakfast from ihg I have ever had

Wasn’t thrilled with hotel. Old and loud. Heard all noise from the main reception room. Tv remote missing batteries and the front seat said they have had issues with vandalization of remotes. The front desk person gave me new batteries and showed me how to hook up to tv but didn’t work. So couldn’t drown the noise. Very frustrating.

Spent five nights at this property and I was impressed by the breakfast staff, Carlito on weekdays and Cheryl on the weekends. They were very attentive in assuring that the food was constantly replenished and that the seating and buffet area were clean for the continuous turnover of breakfast guests. I had the opportunity to also enjoy one evening of Happy Hour, a very nice treat!
This property is only a ten minute walk to Costco and a shopping center with a Safeway, CVS, TJ Max and a few other retailers and eating establishments. Very convenient!

Excellent. Receptionist are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Room is clean. Location is closed to costco and to some restaurant.

The suite had furniture that was old and stained. The carpet was ragged and needed replacement. There was only one ice machine in the entire building and it was broke.

Carpet and floors were seriously disgusting. Hair and dirty mop residue on the bathroom floors, and large stains and wear on carpets. Hangers were broken. Iron had a scorch stain. Bed was decent. TV in bedroom was quite small.

This hotel was probably great when it first opened but now it needs to be updated. The rooms smell of smoke and musty carpet. Hotels make a lot of money and need to update every 10 years at a minimum. Put the profits back in to keep the business running at high occupancy with raving reviews.
