Overall, this is an acceptable hotel to stay from my experience. But if they could improve several things which I experienced, this hotel will be a great choice. First, when I checked in, I was not given a room upgrade even I am an IHG Diamond Elite member. And even worse, I was given a two twin bedroom instead of a one king bedroom which I booked. And that makes the usable space even less. And I found the hotel had lots of vacant rooms during my stay. The big surprise is this hotel does not offer the social hours. This is the first StayBridge in the U.S. which I experienced that it does not offer social hours. And the breakfast items were also lack of variety. When I was there, the hot items were always pork sausage, scrambled egg and potato cube. No changes for different days. No bacon, no Omelette. There is only one type of fresh fruit, small red Washington apple for everyday. There are no other types like banana.

From the moment you walk in the door to check in, the staff makes you feel a part of the "family". The hotel inside and out is immaculate every time we stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

“I don’t recall the names of the two young ladies at the desk when we checked in, but their welcoming attitude and kindness were outstanding. They are both true ‘keepers.’ I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler to Cincinnati at the Staybridge Suites Florence Cincinnati South.

Want to thank Lucas, Traci and Jobin for a fabulous stay. I had accidentally booked the wrong room type- it was sorted out to the ‘right’ room. They all couldn’t have been more gracious about it. The rooms are comfortable, clean. Breakfast is similar every day- but it’s very much appreciated! The best stand out feature of this property is the trash room! One on every floor should be a must for every hotel. Great stay- will absolutely come back.

The only complaint is that the technology and instructions on the TV are terrible. We tried to link our streaming services and nothing worked. Not a great selection of cable channels either. But, aside from that, all was fine and great.

There was a stain on my pillowcase, but a fresh one was brought up within minutes. The facility was very clean and had a wonderful, fresh scent.

This hotel had EVERYTHING we needed and wanted! The location was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly, the value for your money was unbelievable and the breakfast was great! Next time I'm in the area I will be staying at this hotel again!
