The breakfast and evening reception were very good, really enjoyed them. The pool area is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the sun. Rooms were comfortable

The positives of this hotel started with the friendly and courteous staff, who were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was nice, and the exterior of the property looked well maintained, which initially gave us high hopes. However, once we entered the room, the disappointment began.
The room had not been properly cleaned - there was still leftover food on the balcony from the previous guests.
The vents were full of dust, which made the air quality uncomfortable both in the bedroom and bathroom.
The curtains were extremely dusty and smelly, clearly not cleaned in a long time, possibly over a year.
The beds were by far the worst part: they were too large for the space and hung over the edges of the mattress frame. Sleeping on them felt like being half on and half off the bed.
The room was extremely small, and it seemed like they had forced two queen beds into a space designed for a single king bed. This made it even more cramped and uncomfortable.
Our visit was for medical reasons, not leisure, so comfort was particularly important - and unfortunately, the room did not meet even basic expectations in that regard.
While I do not plan to return to this hotel, I do want to acknowledge and appreciate the excellent customer service from the staff.

The hotel was very clean and updated. I always enjoy staying at IHG lodging whenever I'm travelling, yo can never go wrong with IHG, a combination of affordability and comfort.

Enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were very nice, they set me up on the top floor to look out at the sunset which was a nice treat. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Excellent as always from Staybridge, extreme friendly staff, very clean and modern accommodation. Rooms are perfect, breakfast was excellent and plenty of parking, even with a big event and fully booked.

Stay was wonderful. This is actually our second stay because the first time was so good. Room is always spot on! Service is super friendly. Free breakfast is the icing on the cake. Thank you for another phenomenal experience.

Had an amazing stay! Would stay here again! Room was clean and spacious, the hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast was delicious and had a big variety and staff was amazing! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
