I highly recommend this hotel/Suites as it has all the features of an excellent hotel and I give 10/10 marks for every single item from the cleanliness to the comfort to the great breakfast and a very friendly and courteous staff.

I came here last year for a one night stay Saturday night of Ohana festival. I loved it so much I came back.
The hotel is so clean and the rooms are awesome. Lots of space and if I wanted to make my own food all the amenities I need for it. Range, fridge, and coffee maker. Plenty of towels stocked and a super comfortable bed. Free breakfast, parking, and a pool and hot tub, all for under $200 a night. Can’t really find much better.

Wonderful leisure stay after a long week of traffic and emails. Front desk staff are courteous and the house keeping/janitorial work hard to keep the facilities clean and smelling fresh!
Breakfast was American Buffet style, and optio s were tasty. Not so much fruit, just melon which is fine.
A/C was rattling all night. It disrupted sleep, but kept the room cool. Pick your battles lol. I could have slept without it, but yknow. Summer. : )
Bathrooms and kitchenette were clean! The jacuzzi was fun, but maybe *too* chlorinated. All common areas were tidy and nothing smelled off (as some long stay properties tend to.)
All in all, 4/5 stars for this no frills spot. Would stay again!

Everything was fine except we were not told the first floor was pet friendly. The furniture was quite damaged by cat scratches. The dishwasher did not work but maintenance came quickly and fixed that.

I recently had a great experience at Staybridge Suites Irvine East/Lake Forest. Due to unforeseen circumstances in our primary unit, we needed to vacate for a day, and I was looking for a pet-friendly place to stay with my dog. I chose Staybridge Suites for its green surroundings and proximity to parks with lush grass.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the goodies they provided were a lovely surprise. The entire area smelled fresh, and the carpets looked clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of freshly cooked food, fresh fruits, and good coffee. The kitchen staff were diligent about refilling the food and maintaining the area, and another staff member kept the coffee area tidy and checked the trash regularly.
The staff were very communicative and accommodating. When I put up the "no housekeeping" sign due to my dog, the housekeeper respected my request and left a note indicating that they had seen the sign. On our last day, we received another thoughtful note along with our receipt and more goodies.
Overall, I was impressed with the exceptional service and amenities at Staybridge Suites. The hotel truly went above and beyond, making it a pleasure to stay there. I would highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

I love staying at this hotel. The breakfast is better than other chains, and the social hour in the evenings is an added bonus. I would give this hotel 5/5 if the beds weren't so uncomfortable. I've been staying at this hotel off and on, over the last couple of years and it's time to replace the beds. Other than that, everything else is a 5/5.

My best surprise was the parting gift on the door! It felt so special as I had never experienced it from any other hotel. I loved my welcome goodies as well and enjoyed the complementary dinner and wine on the day of my check-in.

Great customer service. Very clean. Love the designated smoking and dog areas. Great breakfast every morning. Stayed on the weekend so I wasn’t able to try the dinner. Complementary snacks given at check in and check out 🥰

My card deactivated twice within 24 hrs. First time was when I First checked in. Bit of a hassle to walk back to car to put my luggage away, and then to front reception. Cards deactivate or are way too sensitive.
