I enjoyed a restful and comfortable 5 days at this hotel, the staff was welcoming and helpful when needed. The room was quiet even though the hotel was mostly filled with a group over the weekend for a large family reunion. It is located in a walkable area for food, drink, and shopping. There was easy access to roads, highways and activities in the city. The room was well appointed with a lot of amenities for travelers and very clean. It was the best hotel I have stayed in over the past two years travelling in the US.

Our first stay at a Staybridge Suites and we will definitely stay here again! Quiet for good sleep, clean, hospitable staff, & delicious complimentary breakfast! Also had a well-kept game room in the common areas, and is close to many restaurants and stores.
We have been long-term members of another hotel chain's loyalty club, but their offerings in Longview were not adequate for us, so we booked here and very much enjoyed our stay. Even as brand new IHG One Rewards members, the staff here treated us as valued guests! Very pleased with this hotel and this brand and look forward to continuing as IHG One Rewards members!

I stayed @ this hotel while in town for a reunion. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice & kept fresh. We loved the kitchenette in the room. Sofa & bed were comfortable. Absolutely LOVED the walk- in shower.

Excellent stay. Very clean and many options for breakfast. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Longview.My room was spotless.
