An average stay, but have breakfast elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to do a quick "staycation" from the east coast of Florida to the west coast, and since we love the Naples/Marco Island area we selected this location. The reviews seemed great, and so we gave it a shot. The reception desk was cordial, and our room was spotless. The pool area was also in great condition. However, both days the breakfast area was below expectations. On day one, we must have shown up after the "rush" hour. Many items were running very low or gone, the attendant only showed up once, and did not even say good morning. There were only 5 people there, and in the 20 minutes I sat there, nothing was replenished. The eating space was also in disarray and some tables uncleaned. I did notify management and got some points on my members account. Next morning seemed a little better in terms of food availability. Again, I only saw the attendant once, I said good morning, not a word from her. When I went to get a plate, there was a long hair on it... At that point, I lost my appetite, and grabbed a cup of coffee and left. My husband and I were both surprised at the lack of customer service from the staff (with the exception of the front desk). The lack of attention is something you see in my town (Miami) but not typically in Naples/Marco Island. If the breakfast is part of the perk to attract guests to this location, it should be on point just as the rooms. I hope it improves since the area is accessible to other places, however, I do not think we will be coming back to this location.

I would recommend everyone to stay at STAYBRIDGE, beautiful suites, very friendly working staff, especially the engineer Phil at Naples suites

The Hotel is new and clean. Since we got in the reception the lady treats us special. Our room was ready even do we arrived a little early. Our room was neat, with pool view and full kitchen. The pool was clean and the bar in the pool was a plus. The drinks were delicious.

Vacation trip for 1 night. Really pleased with everything about this hotel. Staff were excellent, location was good, room was brilliant, clean, comfortable and spacious. Couldn't fault anything, just wish we had stayed longer here.

This was my first time staying in a Staybridge Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. There was absolutely nothing about my stay that was negative. They will be my first choice of stays in the future.
