This hotel had great amenities. I made ice in the room fridge for our cooler, and if we needed more they had some available.

Good place for an overnight stop. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was spotty. The guy who checked me in was very slow and was obviously struggling. The air conditioning in my first room sounded like a jet engine and when I went downstairs to change to another, he had trouble with the process. The second room was perfect - very comfortable.

The room smelled, there were several spiders. The free breakfast ran out of spoons so my child was not able to eat her cereal or yogurt. When asked about spoons, the kitchen staff was rude.
Overnight Relaxing Trip

I booked Staybridge for an overnight trip for a wedding. I wasn't sure what to expect but the hotel was clean and the staff was professional. The room came equipped with a kitchenette that would have been nice if I was staying longer. there was also a pool. The temperature of the room was refreshing when I walked in after traveling for several hours. The bed was comfortable. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were provided. The breakfast was a-okay except they ran out of bacon quickly (I don't know if that's a hotel issue or guest issue). Nevertheless, based on my one night stay, I would stay here again.

No notice of pool being out of order until arrived and still charged full price. The hotel was positioned next to a very cheap hotel that used a shared courtyard and their was less then desierable people drinking and swearing around kids. We came for a Lacrosse tournament and the stay was less then desierable. Old Blood on linens

THE HOTEL IS OLD. IT SMELLS OLD AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN. THE ROOM I HAD SMELLED MOLDY AND THE ELEVATOR DOOR HAD A BULLET HOLE IN IT. I SAT IN MY ROOM FOR 30 MINS OR LESS THEN WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND TOLD THEM I DIDNT LIKE THE HOTEL SND ASK COULD I NE REFUNDED AND I WAS TOLD NO. I ALSO WAS ON THE PHONE WITH AN IHG EMPLOYEE AND THEY INFORMED ME TO CHECK OUT AND SHE RESERVED A ROOM FOR ME AT THE HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS DOWN THE STREET. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL GUEST RELATIONS AND I WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT WHEN I DID THEY TOLD ME THE INFO SHE GAVE ME WAS WRONG AND THEY COULDNT REFUND ME

Excellent hotel for the price point my only.only complaint is breakfast ending at 9:30 but I barely McDonalds breakfast so I can’t complain lol overall I had a great visit! They upgraded my room and it was a last minute reservation!!!

Very good reception, well staffed and professional attendees, helped with upgrades and following day reservations, my daughter and her kids enjoyed every moment of their stay. We look forward to staying again in this beautiful place in the near future with the rest of my family
