Has everything you need and more, free wine at 5, great room temp controls. Cool view of race track without all the noise from it.

While the location of this hotel was amazing, that is all that I have positive to say. During my stay, I was unable to reach the front desk by phone to request clean towels. I asked a housekeeper for them as well, and she would not give them to me. When I got on the elevator to go to the front desk, there was dog throw up on the elevator. Front desk also did not give me towels.
Power was out, but Makayla made it better!

Great hotel off the beaten path. When we arrived apparently the power had been out for a good little while so it was pretty hot inside they had gentleman passing out waters and little Keylime pies just to relieve any discomfort by the guests. After Makayla got me checked in swiftly (she even recognized my dog from a previous stay!) we went up to our room which was still pretty warm. We decided to head up to the rooftop to grab a few drinks while it cooled down. Great drinks. Gorgeous views. We got a salad with grilled salmon which took an incredibly long time but was good. Only downside is they have to get this parking security together!

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, so I checked in around 3 PM. At that time, there was a long queue, and only one staff member was available, which made the check-in process quite slow. Additionally, there was a blackout during my stay, which caused further inconvenience.
Moreover, I noticed that after checking out, I was charged more than the invoice amount under the name “Apron charge.” I am not sure why this additional charge was applied, as it was not explained during check-out. I would appreciate it if you could kindly clarify the reason for this extra charge. The most serious issue was that the breakfast was really terrible.

We had missed are connecting flight and had vouchers for another hotel and decided we wanted a hassle free night so booked a room at the shuttle. The nice man took us over immediately being that our very pregnant daughter was in pain, getting to the hotel we was greeted with a welcoming smile From Makayla who was ready for are arrival are rooms were ready, She thanked me for being a rewards platinum member and interacted with all my kids individually. After a long flight Makayla with her great customer service made our night.
Run away and if you do stay here pack a door stop.

I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone ever. They gave us someones room there stuff was in the room thank goodness no one was in the bed or anything we were not the only people this happened to. The bed was the smallest king "brick" bed I have ever slept on. I wasted my free night plus 7000 points on this place and was then changed a fee for Accommodation of $30 we were unable to even use. The gate would not let anyone out and the staff did not care at all. Another guy we talked to while trying to figure out how to get out of the gate as they did not seem to worry about it said he had been here for 3 days and it has just been horrible. I would give this -5 stars if it allowed. Run away do not stay here.

Having trained staff that cares. We had one problem after another. Everything from inaccurate shuttle info, dirty pool and surrounding surfaces, toilet that kept running 24/7, no light in bathroom, lobby water always out, no lobby coffee, in room coffee pods never replaced even though we $5 tip for housekeeping. Lobby bar not open during posted open hours - once when it was open, no bartender in sight. $78 dollar breakfast for 2 vege omelets and 2 black coffees! Not every guest here is on a company expense account, you are out of touch with your guests and your staff could care less at every level! Rooftop bar never open during posted hours during our stay. Parking fee unnecessary! Overall your property is a huge ripoff with corporate greed showing everywhere, staff was unmotivated, unfriendly, unhelpful and generally seemed totally miserable. They are an accurate example of how corporate management must be treating them!

Front desk really needs to learn some customer service skills. Had multiple issues needing answers and could not get answers.
However the scenery for aircraft spotting is great on the rooftop bar

Would have given this a 5 star but the last night I was in, the power was out for close to 2 hours due to a severe thunderstorm. Cannot win against mother nature but few generators would have solved that problem, especially if the area is known to have frequent storms. Also, during checkout, I ran into some administrative issues that could have been avoided if the personnel actually paid a little more attention to the documentation that was submitted instead of just disregarding them and telling me to complete the same form for the 2nd time.

Being right next to the airport to watch the planes fly in was pretty cool. I just wish my room would’ve been facing the airport better
Seeing the cars at the Porsche test center was pretty cool as well
