Great hospitality, clean comfortable rooms

I was surprised by this hotel’s cleanliness. Because of the cheap price I though it would be more like a motel but man was I was wrong it was a great stay, great breakfast selection, plenty of restaurants nearby, round rock outlet mall isn’t too far away. Staff was great, night audit seemed very sweet on the phone and Letty went above and beyond providing me with a great check in. She was quick, recognized me as a member, grabbed me extra supplies for the room, and informed me of everything I needed to know without sounding like a robot. Her upbeat personality alone will bring people in no worries. Thanks for the warm welcoming and making me and my family feel special, highly recommend and we will be back soon!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect—close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The on-site facilities like the pool, spa, and fitness center were well-maintained and added extra value to the stay.

I came to this hotel thinking that it would be like other staybridge's with a social I'm always interested in the social days but it was disappointing this hotel needs a lot of work lot of cleaning up changing carpets and the food was not interesting for breakfast I needed more variety. The socials were terrible the food was absolutely cheap all three days and I wouldn't come back to this hotel at all I wouldn't even give it another chance because they need a lot of work they need to check other hotels other to see what they're serving because other Staybridge the socials are interesting and good

This hotel is absolutely vile and should be shut down. I stayed at Staybridge Suites Round Rock from 8/31–9/1 with my family, booking two rooms, and what we experienced was nothing short of revolting. The first room was muggy, dirty, and smelled putrid, with hair, stains, and even a massive blood stain on the mattress. The second room had an actual bug crawling on the bed. After complaining, we were bounced from room to room, inspecting more than seven in total, and every single one was a nightmare—filthy linens, mattresses reeking of rot, and one mattress so badly stained it literally looked like a corpse had decomposed in it. This wasn’t an isolated issue but a clear pattern of neglect and filth throughout the entire property. To make it worse, I overheard housekeeping telling the front desk, “they can’t be looking at all the rooms like that,” which proves they know exactly how disgusting this place is and are simply trying to cover it up. This is not just bad service—it’s dangerous, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. The Staybridge Suites Round Rock is a disgrace to the IHG brand, a breeding ground for disease, and an insult to anyone unfortunate enough to book here. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay in this dump.

Dirty property, roaches everywhere, dead bugs in lampshades, spiders in the sofa bed, toilets barely flushed, window coverings didn’t keep light out, bugs crawled on us all night.

It is definitely a great hotel I was very impressed with Pat the 3 to 11 I thought there was an issue but the way Pat handle it was amazing I can't say that about a lot of people but I'll say that about him. And Narilia the GM there is amazing as well thank you guys for the wonderful stay.
Pretty good place to camp out for a few days!

We stayed 4 nights in a two-bedroom unit at this Staybridge and enjoyed our stay a lot except for one thing. The toilet in one of the bedrooms wouldn’t flush. We told the front desk five different times to please come fix it. They made at least one attempt the first day but after that there was no evidence that anyone even came to the room to fix it. Other than that we found the staff to be nice and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good, rooms were decently clean. The hall and elevator are very warm but I can understand not using all of the AC up for the hallways. The elevator is really filthy. Floor, walls, and ewww the nasty buttons are gross. I felt like I needed gloves to touch anything in the elevator. It would only take two hours to get it cleaned up and painted. The pool was nice and refreshing. No one standing over you at 10pm to make you get out so we swam until 10:30. Location is strange. Kept having to go around the interstate to get to anything. It’s about 10-15 minute drive just to get to a shopping area because of traffic. There’s a Freddy’s next door! Yummy, and also a Whole Foods which is nice to run grab food. Entrance to the parking lot is tricky! Watch out for that. They have a good selection of channels on the TV also. All in all we enjoyed it. Oh and my daughter says to mention that she was woken up early by someone weedeating outside her bedroom window which was a horrible thing for someone wanting to get some extra rest. It looks like they could be respectful of sleeping guests at 7am. We would recommend this hotel but really were inconvenienced by the toilet!

The hotel looks dirty and old, the bathrom courtains from the bathroom are dirty instead of white are brown. The blanket of one of the twin bead was with blood, was very disgusting and the kinchen didn’t have paper towels
