Everything is perfect exception the location is a bit far from metro. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Bed is comfy and the room has enough space to extend all my luggages. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

在辦理入住時，前台職員在酒店系統內未能查看我的預訂套餐資料，我是在IHG app預訂的精英會員週末入住83折優惠套餐，是可以延遲退房至下午四時的，但當我提出要求時，前台職員一口便拒絕了，要我出示預訂的電郵，並拍下照片，才勉強同意我的要求，作為IHG One Rewards的會員，對於這次入住不是十分滿意。

性价比很不错，在深圳这里，这个位置，有时候比边上的智选假日还便宜，性价比之王。而且如果你有40N，因为没有酒廊，直接会给早餐。很棒的服务。

It was a good stay started with a pleasant welcome once again by Iris at the front desk.

好几次都因为转机入住，虽然离机场不是很近，但是离吃的逛的都不远，每次都有帮我贴心留房，升级，欢迎水果，送简餐，服务细致周到，特别是我有好多快递送到酒店，转机途中不方便接电话，前台每次都帮我不厌其烦收快递，整理的井井有条，特别安心。令人惊喜的是，凌晨6点不到的打包早餐居然有热腾腾的包子玉米和虾饺，暖胃暖心。健身设施很方便，自助洗衣烘干设施也非常适合长途旅行者，细节满分。

Overall I had a great stay at this hotel. Before arrival, I contacted them and Front desk girl Tansy answered all my inquires with patience. And the hotel offered me one of the best room, thanks to the MOD Lris. Upon arrival, the front desk manager called be and told me my room was all set. The boy at the front desk checked me in with professionalism and hospitality. My top-floor room is well-fitted and clean with city view. Speaking of the lounge bar and restaurant, they are very good. The hotel welcomed the Diamond member to enjoy soft drinks and some snacks during the happy hour l. Lucy and another girl with tomboy hair were very polite and kind. I love sitting at the outdoor space of the lobby bar. The housekeeping is also good for me. The duty manager Kyle checked me out and he expressed the warm farewell to me on behalf of the hotel. I will stay at this hotel again when I return.

Excellent stay! The hotel staff were welcoming, and the service was great in general. The gym was fantastic and had tons of machines and equipment. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The entire place was clean and well-maintained. The in-room fitness equipment was absolutely perfect, allowing me to make the most of my spare time for a workout. Overall, a great experience!

Longe da estação de metrô. Os padrões de higiene e alimentação não estão de acordo com o padrão. A condição do hotel não é boa. Além disso, durante a estadia, fui tratado como se fosse outro hóspede e fui erroneamente cobrado por danificar a propriedade do hotel, o que é muito incômodo.
