My husband ad I stayed here during our visit to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. My husband was able to work from the hotel on one of those days; there was strong wi-fi. The kitchen had plates, utensils, cups, and wine glasses. There is also a small stove. The bed was comfortable and blackout curtails made the room dark. The free breakfast had a great variety. The staff was friendly and allowed us a late check out.

We had an excellent stay at this suite-style hotel. The staff was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and even attentive to small needs like forgotten toiletries. The property itself was clean, quiet, and tucked away, which made for a restful stop during our cross-country trip that included a visit to Cuyahoga National Park.
We especially appreciated the separate sleeping areas, which made the suite feel spacious and comfortable, all at a very reasonable cost. Traveling with our dog was no issue—the pet fee was fair, and the staff was wonderfully welcoming to our pup.
Small touches like Dove bath products made the stay feel even more thoughtful. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay again.

The staff felt like family, my room was very clean and well stocked with towels, soaps, dish cloths etc. my bed was always made and room tidied everyday! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a week! Breakfast was AMAZING! Shuttle drivers were always on time and had a very pleasant demeanor! I would definitely book again! Thanks to all the staff who treated me like a friend! Many blessings to each!

This is an amazing hotel, very quiet, comfortable, room was stocked well, and very clean. Location is great, many restaurants to choose from. Pet friendly. Perfect stay!

Great stay, near the national park. The coffee shop close by was very good too. Easy access to roads to get to Cleveland too.

Thee bathroom smelled of old urine. We informed housekeeping and they sprayed the shower curtain with febreeze. We went to the local store and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The paint was bubbling and chipping off of the bathroom door. The ceiling was brown and spotted from mildew. The door hinges were so impacted with dirt and dust it was horrible to look at. We cleaned the counters off with a washcloth and it came up black. We asked staff atleast 3x a night to tell the people above us to be quiet, but it sounded like they were unloading cattle upstairs. They were silent from midnight to 4am only. Atleast we could've been moved or they could have. We didnt get any sleep and it made our week of work aweful!

We had a group rate so I was satisfied with the value, if we had to pay full price, I would have expected better. The worst thing was the water smelled of mold, not just the garbage disposal in the sink, every faucet. It’s disgusting to shower in that smell, and certainly wouldn’t want to drink it! The kitchen only had sets of 3 for eating, when there were 4 of us in the room. Housekeeping kept leaving only 3 sets of towels (instead of 4) until half way through our stay. We were over charged for our stay, but after speaking with someone twice, we finally got answers and they rectified the issue. It was great to have free laundry facilities, but one of the driers looks like it had not been working for some time and the washers smelled of mildew, they needed cleaning. There was a nice fenced in courtyard that was lovely to relax in in the evenings, with 2 grills available. No grilling utensils though, bring your own or bring tin foil!

This was a really not a good experience. I would prefer to give NO stars.
Upon check in we were told that a card would be held for the room and cash was an option for checkout.
My boyfriend became ill soon after our arrival, we attempted to fall asleep but were unable.
We decided to go home , cutting our stay short (4 hours) . When leaving we were told that cash was not an option. The front desk was offered ample cash to cover the room and writes to accept the tenure(same woman who said cash was fine at check out)
The following day I received a call stating that I was going to be placed in collections as she had “batched out” therefore since the card on hand was in my boyfriends name they would not run it for payment.
I advised the woman I spend with that cash was not accepted upon checkout as described, and she further stated I was in collections as of 12 that evening.
There are so many things wrong with the way this was handled it is hard to know which to address first.
1-cash ok at check out
2-cash denied at check out
3-card accepted as tenure upon early departure
4-card denied as tender the following day
5-a call threatening collections
6-a call threatening collections …completely unacceptable customer service, false information followed by threats.
The bill got paid, but I need a follow up on corporate end.
(As an added irritation I was pitched a “member special “ when I called to confirm the reservation then hung up on when I asked questions)
I need to have a response from corporate as far as addressing these concerns.
