A equipe foi muito calorosa e amigável! Os quartos eram limpos e bem abastecidos. No entanto, as instalações precisam de alguma manutenção. Parece que já conheceram dias melhores.

The Front Desk was amazing and my room was perfect! Overall, it was a perfect stay and I will absolutely recommend to everyone and absolutely stay next time I am in town!

Room was dirty. Dust everywhere on the lights, bathtub had black stuff in it. The Staybridge in Vero Beach was a lot clearer and nicer to me.Breakfast was the same
very morning. Ice machine broken. Front desk employee's very nice. Some of the house keepers were nice some had attitudes. Will not stay there again.

Location and friendly staff were the best parts of this property. Stayed in a 2br suite. One bedroom was nice but the other was very disappointing. Lights not working, shower curtain was far too short resulting in lots of water on floor.(Slipping hazard). A pillow in the chair was threadbare and dirty. A knife in the kitchen was extremely dirty. Coated with crusty food. The freezer had no shelf for food storage.I was told by the front desk that they would deposit points into my account for the many issues and she did not do it. Very disappointed overall.
I will look for a different IHG property in the area for my next visit.

We are in the process of moving, our stay at Staybrige was.a optimum choice as the room had a kitchen and two separate rooms. Breakfast and social is great and saved us some money. Pool was great for my low impact work outs. Also enjoyed the gym and bbq in the patio area.

Great rates, kitchenette allows you to save on meal and the breakfast is great. Free laundry plus and the staff was outstanding.

We have stayed at Staybridge Suites in the past and always had good experiences, but this location was by far the worst we’ve encountered.
We checked in around 9 PM to a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After requesting a move and hauling all of our belongings to a second room close to 10 PM, we discovered that the shower had little to no cold water and the AC was not working. In the middle of Florida’s summer heat, this is completely unacceptable.
We returned to the front desk, where the night shift staff member, moved us to a third room and promised to make things right. She assured us we would receive a full refund of our points and a $10 pantry credit, and that it would be processed immediately.
It has now been more than two weeks, and no refund has been issued. While we appreciated the effort of the night staff, the lack of accountability and follow-through from management is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
We expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

Very Poor Customer Service and Work Ethics, The Manager Allison is very rude her staff eat out the food in the kitchen without washing their hands. My Family booked a stay at this Hotel. The Assistant Manager Shacara, an Dalisha front desk worker was very rude with the exception of a few front desk workers. I Had maggots in my room the rooms are not clean properly. They stated they are Independently owned an they do not have to follow IHG Rewards Policies. I recorded and reported the incident to the IHG customer service. I was told I can't book anymore because I reported the incident to IHG.

My daughter recommended this hotel to me, she said “this hotel is good from her experienced staying at ocean city MD” so I booked the hotel. The minute I enter the hotel at Tampa I was shocked, the staff right away wanted me to sign the papers and check in, the way she explain about breakfast and some kind of social meetings that they have was not that professional. Saturday morning breakfast, I came down around 7:15-7:25 to get hot tea. Breakfast did not serve until 7:30. There are couple of elderly was sitting there waiting for breakfast, one of the lady was hungry, she got up and get some hot food which is not ready to serve until 7:30 and got yelled by a staff very bad. I never see anything like this through out my life traveling. Overall the hotel is not clean, hot tub is not working, pool is dirty, bedroom ceiling have lots of dirt from the ventilations.
