Inaccurate information given and horrible mattress

Was told rollaway beds were available at booking and when we arrived exhausted form a long drive, we were told the hotel does not have rollaway beds. We overlooked other hotels because this one promised a rollaway bed. The pull out couch mattress was a joke. You could feel the supports on your back and the mattress itself looked like it was maybe 4" thick if that. No bedding was provided for the sofa couch, and a crib took over an hour to be brought up to the room. Front desk clerk didn't seem to care, and told me I was free to "find a different hotel". Definitely won't be returning.

Definitely recommend! Very clean, free appetizers on Monday-Friday, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are couple stains on the pillowcases. We asked for cleaning up the trash can and giving us new towels but they didn’t come.

Stayed for 1 night over the weekend using a reward night. I was charged an accommodation free when checking in. As a platinum elite member I did not recieve a welcome amenity and I had to check in the front as no mobile check in option was available. When I checked in I was charged an accommodation fee, which could have been included during booking. The room was clean and comfortabls and I slept fine. Unfortunately I was unable to use the TV as the remote was not connected and would not power on.
A Very Dissatisfying Experience

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The check-in process took over three hours. I arrived around 4 PM but could only get into my room around 7 PM. The front desk staff told me they would call me once the room was ready if I waited in the lobby, but they never came or called. Instead, I had to repeatedly go back and ask about the status myself.
When I finally got the room, it had an unpleasant smell. However, since I was already exhausted from waiting for so long, I didn’t even bother requesting a room change because I was afraid it might take even more time.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

Perfect Stay! Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Was really a pleasure to stay. There were plenty of things to do near the hotel, but even without leaving the hotel I had plenty of amenities available within walking distance.

My wife and I were very impressed with our stay. We especially enjoyed having a full kitchen, nice, updated clean rooms and a great bed. We plan to return the n cat time we come to town.

Clean room and kitchen has amenities like forks plates cups in the covers so bonus if you need stuff. The bed has too be one of the most comfortable beds in existence!
