Great experience for my first time. The staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast had many options to choose from.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Zero management, zero maintenance, zero carpet cleaning after animals peeing all over your carpet and furniture for 10 yrs. I’ve stayed at red roof inns that are way better. They have bed bugs I’ve witnessed and they put people right back in the room. The courtyard has been out for over a month, people walk out of this hotel due to disgusting rooms on a daily basis. The managements family cleans and takes care of landscaping and both are atrocious. I’ve had 4 room changes and still had pee all over the room, furnace filter covered in dirt, leaky toilets, have had to personally shut off water 3 times in customers rooms due to no maintenance people, do not trust Bukki with a thing, she double charged my business account and held up funds for over 2 weeks. She will definitely lie to your face with a smile. Her family takes care of the hotel so zero point in complaining as she is covering up their lack of cleaning and customer service. Hands down the worst hotel I’ve been in my life. Staff is definitely friendly but that’s all they have going on

Customer service was excellent. I met Stephon this summer when I was looking at where to stay for son's wedding. He did a great job of giving us a tour and making sure our accommodations fit our needs. After we arrived the staff, from when we checked in to housekeeping, were polite and attentive.

Was very well kept and comfortable..
very accommodating for the family pet.
Breakfast was hot and very tasty.
The pool and hot tub hours could be a little longer ,seeing as how they have no lifegaurd on duty we should have been able to use this after 10 pm since we are adults.

my kids are loving swim in the hotel pool. Especially hot pool is really good for kids it makes my kids body temp high.
they can play with new friends and there are air tube and some stupp for swim it is very helpful.

Everything was very good and comfortable. The only exception was the mold above the wall inside the shower. There was quite a bit. And also the paint had been peeling off the wall. That really needs to be addressed.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative I can say would be the furniture. It was dated and needs replacing, however everything else great.

From check in to check out, everything by was perfect! The staff were nice and friendly, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were great, the wifi was good and the breakfast was well stocked and clean!

I travel for work, my company is based in the area. I stay at this hotel every time in I'm town. The staff is excellent, friendly and make you feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxing and calm.

I didn't know this place was pet friendly which is very very cool but what would make this place better is that please please get better wifi and more channels please also it would be awesome if you guys can get big the fights in the living area

I love this place Stephen (I think I spelling it correctly) let me know that you guys have hot tub rooms which is great for when I come back next time, but my overall experience was nothing but exceptional. From the morning to afternoon staff front desk to the housekeeping Everyone went over and beyond to make sure I had the best experience
