My husband and I were visiting for a Cincinnati Reds game and he had never stayed at a StayBridge Hotel before. Needless to say, he was definitely impressed!!

I had a great stay here overall for my work trip and would definitely consider coming back.
Pros:
The free breakfast was excellent, with lots of options to choose from each morning.
They offer a happy hour with free appetizers and $0.50 drinks, which was a really nice perk!
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.
My suite-style room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax.
I appreciated the Dove bathroom toiletries, along with the plenty of fresh towels provided.
The pool was large, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim.
Cons:
The TV was outdated—only standard cable channels and no smart TV features for streaming.
The fitness center was very small, with limited equipment and amenities.
Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great service, generous extras, and a relaxing atmosphere. If they updated the TVs and expanded the gym, it would be nearly perfect!
Very comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

This is one of many hotels I've stayed at and one of few I've actually been able to sleep well at. The room was clean, the dishes and utensils were in good condition. Some nights I had my own food and some nights I had food from the social.

Friendly staff to help you. Started the morning with great food and always clean rooms to stay in. The location is close to many restaurants for lunch and dinner. Not far from anything you might need. Looking forward to my next trip.

We stayed 4 nights with other family members in a two bedroom suite. Clean rooms, kitchen adequately stocked. Shirley at the front desk is a gem...provided us with excellent customer service, and did a great job of rectifying the one small issue we had.
Breakfast had many choices for both hot and cold items, and they were restocked as much as possible through the end of breakfast service, which we appreciate because we aren't early risers, especially when on vacation. I personally liked the variety, and please note that with kitchens in the rooms, it's easy to take breakfast to your unit and eat there. There is also a nice courtyard off the lobby, and the indoor pool is just the other side of the courtyard.
A bit more on the rooms: Everything worked, good showers (rain head style), Dove brand products. The hotel has comfortable beds...however, we all felt they were a little smaller than standard queen and standard double size. We've encountered this at other hotels, so it's not uncommon...the 2 double bedroom in our suite was big enough for queen beds, and suggest the doubles be swapped for queen beds. Also, the AC worked great (yay!) but the only control for the suite was in the living room - no individual bedroom controls. The hotel offers light housekeeping (towel swap, garbage emptied) Mon-Thurs and full service on Fridays.
All in all, a pleasant stay in a location that worked out very well for our area adventures.

Good experience with this hotel. Great location with good eating options in the area. A very nice walking trail behind the hotel. Room was a good experience with a nice bed. Breakfast was good but not great. Overall, I recommend this place as a quality option.
