All around fair hotel not terrible and not great

Fair hotel, decent breakfast included, great pool although everytime we’ve stayed here the front desk never has pool towels and the sign specifically says to get towels from front desk and to not use room towels.also has terrible parking and semi trucks park around back and wait for people to use the back door so they can sneak in and use facilities inside like the gym,toilets, and eat free breakfast. We’ve seen this happen during all 4 times we’ve stayed here, and they scared our kids when a grown man comes running at you while your trying to get in so he can get in before the door closes and locks

Love this place! Staff is very friendly and food is excellent! Young or old you Emil love this Staybridge! My son and I really enjoyed the night meals and the delicious breakfast! You will not regret staying her!

Staybridge hotels are always my favorite and go-to stays when I'm on business for work or leisure. No question this hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. The only issue was the service provided by the people working there who always seemed to be just mad to be there and hardly smiled or greeted you, unless you had a certain lighter skin tone. You can tell who was welcome and their targeted audience here. So for any future stays in Utah, I will not stay here but overall a great hotel just for comfort and cleanliness.

Stayed for a night passing through Salt Lake City. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. onsite laundry was free, selection for breakfast was good as well. All in all was a good stay.

Hotel is in a quiet area. The pool area is more like a small water park and great for families. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room 337 smells like an ashtray. It reeked of cigarette smoke especially in the bathroom and it got worse like it was coming in from the vent in the ceiling. The bathroom was also really warm, as was the entire room because the AC couldn't keep up. It faces the freeway and the noise from that kept me awake all night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable but the worst part was the cigarette stench. The pictures of the hotel make it look like it's a nice place to stay but the room we got was terrible.

I had the most horrible experience with my family on Father’s Day so they offered a complimentary stay. I used it on 7/25 and paid for another room. We had just came from a funeral that took all day, to rooms with non working A/Cs. They moved us from one room to another without a working A/C, which for a 95 degree day was unacceptable and unbearable! We asked if they had an on call maintenance person and they said no.

Don’t believe them when they talk about accessibility. They hand one grab bar to enter the tub, and that’s accessible. The furniture is old and uncomfortable as is the mattress. Not a comfortable stay at all. On the positive they have a nice pool and a good “complimentary” breakfast. Staff are a little preoccupied and disinterested. Very over priced for an uncomfortable stay

Recommend this place highly the staff is very friendly, very clean environment, especially the kids love the swimming and the waterslide and always breakfast and social time in the evening I definitely recommend staying here at the Staybridge in West Valley, Utah

Our TV didn’t work. Tried to call and the phone didn’t work. We were put in a room next to a room with a dog. Our shower had water still standing on the shelves. The young lady that checked us in offered to change rooms, which was after we had already drove 10 hours and unpacked in the room. Moving was the last thing we felt like doing. I am happy we only stayed one night. Definitely a very different experience than what we had at the same hotel in Rapid City, SD.

Clean, affordable, great pool.
The breakfast was a little crowded
The room was nice and quiet with a great view.
Kids loved the pool the only down size was that it closed early.
No restaurant on site and all the food places where near by.
