Had a great stay with family, hotel staff are super friendly and the hotel itself was immaculately clean. Location was also convenient for families wanting to attend the local theme parks and the additional of free shuttle is an added bonus.

For this high rate you can find better options
Food is below average and it’s not controlled

View from the room is beautiful and love the ambiance and cleanliness, comfortable bedding although there are issues with wifi in the room but overall stay is ok

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Staybridge Suites Yas with my daughter. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, complete with nice pillows that made for a great night's sleep.
A special shoutout to Miss Myo at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly during our check-in process, making us feel right at home. Imasha was also very courteous and attentive while assisting us at breakfast.
The highlight of our stay was the fantastic buffet breakfast. The variety of selections was impressive, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed at Staybridge Yas Island for almost a week with our whole family, and it was such an amazing experience. The location is perfect—right near the theme parks and a beautiful beach, so there was always something fun to do.
The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. A special shoutout to Mr. Olinad at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He didn’t just treat us like guests—he treated us like family. Every single one of us loved him! He’s truly a gem and a huge asset to the hotel.
We also want to commend Norben and the Sri Lankan lady (sorry we didn’t catch her name!) who took care of us during breakfast and dinner. They were so attentive, friendly, and always ensured we had everything we needed. Their hard work and kindness didn’t go unnoticed—they truly made our mealtimes extra special.
Everything about this stay was perfect—the location, the food, and the incredible people who made us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Staybridge Yas Island to anyone visiting Yas Island!

I know that you get what you pay for but if I compare to Holiday Inn in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, the level of service and attention to details is not there…
One of the chairs in the room had a piece of wood falling from the back side with nails showing and my son almost stepped on them!
The amenities in the rooms are good but the noise from the hotel and walking in and out with painting and renovation work taking place is really inconvenient and annoying!
Arriving at the door there was no one which made us continue to the parking and then in the parking we have to go to the reception first to ask for help with luggage because there was no one to acknowledge our arrival.
Sofa beds are low quality.
Hope you improve based on this feedback.
