The best experience I have had in a long time. The most courteous staff and management that you would ever come across. Made it fell more like home then just a motel stay. Very nice and very clean accommodations. Only place i'll stay on my next trip back to the des moines area. Nice location, center of everything you could want for a stay away from home.

I have stayed here twice now with my daughter and we love it. The beds and pillows are epic! The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I think because of the Iowa football games, the store got bought out...just needed a restock.

Staff are excellent, but are unable to resolve issues. Management fails to follow up in contact very disappointing.

new place but staff is the problem. stayed 10 nights never got any housekeeping services for 4 days finally complained enough on 5th day they came in( but took our shower curtain never left any more paper towels or tissue paper. breakfast is served till 10:30 on weekends but twice they closed it by 9:45 -10:00. Not the level of serviced provide at other staybridge suites I have stayed at. Very disappointed

Room was fantastic and the staff was very polite. Having a full kitchen was a nice surprise. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Being able to stay in a nice place while visiting friends and family is a nice perk

The staff at this location were amazing! The were delighted to accommodate us with last minute changes. Wonderful, positive, and helpful. Also assisted to insure that our dietary needs were met at breakfast. Beautiful setting and top-notch staff!

The rooms were big and the kitchens were great with a full size refrigerator. The cost was great for the size of the room and the breakfast was also very good.

We had a super stay at this Staybridge Suites location.
NYA and SARAI started it off perfectly at check-in with their kindness and helpfulness.
They were GREAT!
MATT, JENNIFER, and MISS TIFFANY provided excellent customer service as well.
Also, MARICRUZ, LILY, and SAMUEL were so nice and helpful with our housekeeping requests.
OUTSTANDING employees!
