Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor is an extended stay hotel and the facilities reflect the same. The room is small, but well equipped with the amenities that one might need if you are planning for a longer stay.

Good value for money, especially for the location.

However, I'm writing this review today to highlight the customer service provided by the front desk team at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor, in particular K' Ruby, K'Namwhan and P'May.

We had brought our dog on a staycation while my cousins were in town last week, but when we arrived, we were informed that the room would not be available until 3.30pm as we requested a king sized bed.

This presented us with a dilemma as we were planning to head out for lunch with my cousins at an area which was not dog-friendly. Once we had advised the front desk staff of this, they offered to take care of our dog until we return for check-in later in the afternoon.

As luck would have it, we got stuck in the rain and were not able to make it back to the hotel until after dinnertime. When we returned, P'May informed us that they had provided our dog with a little snack as they were concerned that he would be hungry.

Apart from this, the entire team at the Staybridge Suites Bangkok Thonglor provided us with excellent service throughout our 4D3N stay there. Requests to the front desk were promptly answered and delivered, and they even loaned us an umbrella when it was raining outside.

Kudos to the team!

I would like to express my appreciation to Khun Jigsaw, who promptly took great care of my reservation. I chose this hotel due to its location, and I was not disappointed with their beyond expected facilities. I would really like to come back and stay here again and again whenever I am in Bangkok if the hotel improves in a few areas:

1. There are too many signs of wear and tear all over the place, from the common area to the room itself.

2. The lighting in the room needs an upgrade...to make it warmer...giving a more comfy & soothing feeling while staying. The current lighting reminds me a bit of an office lighting...

I understand that this is only a 4-star hotel, but since the facilities are so good (can beat even some 5-star hotels) i.e. Onsen and sauna, kitchenette and washing machine inside the room, comfortable mattress, superb location etc., I would really like to come back and stay here again and again in the future.

Upon checking out, I would also like to express gratitude to Khun Zoklek and Khun Ruby. They were both so helpful and friendly! Other staffs that I didn't get their names were also very very helpful...you all made me wanting to return even before leaving ;)

(PS. I know this may be tricky, but if the hotel can install something to make the cold shower in the Onsen area really ´cold´and not just Thailand cold, it would make the relaxation time even more relaxing and more beneficial to health !

Good pet-friendly hotel in the city.
Suggest to add more lighting around the pet bathroom section and install roof sheet on the small roof in the patio area to have an area to hide from rain.

酒店房間很大，而且舒適乾淨！
房間入面還有洗衣乾衣機，非常方便！如果露台可以晾衫就更好！
20樓還有onsen、健身房及游泳池！
還有專車來往通羅BTS站！
早餐雖然選擇不多，但是可以接受！

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Thonglor. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back.
