Everything within the hotel itself was great !! Area, housekeeping and breakfast employees etc. I will say being apart of the ihg brand as well I was disappointed because of the incidental/ deposit situation I was faced with, being an employee as well I just expected a clearer understanding as far as any deposits go seeing how on the site it states that there isn’t a deposit for employees yet I was charged a separate deposit for each night I stayed. Pam working front desk couldn’t give any info when asked about these things and was very nonchalant through out whole experience….I expected a bit better treatment honestly. But overall the stay and hotel was great and after speaking to management I just hope they update their website so that these kind of issues can be avoided especially when traveling from another state as I did.

This property was beautiful. The only problem we had was couldn't get a_c regulated and we were way far away fro the elevator. But overall I will NOT hesitate to stay there again..God bless

Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurant options nearby can be a little busy on the road. Grocery store is less than five minutes away for those that want to just make food. Great patio with grills breakfast. I had lots of options and a social was very nice with good options also

Very nice hotel. First time staying at this location. I was greeted by the social host like he's known me for years. Very impressed with hospitality.

Great hotel and would highly anyone in the Baytown area to stay here. Good staff members and great location! Breakfast is tasty and efficient.

The place is great and offers a variety of amenities including grilling. The staff were mostly awesome and helpful. The reason I say 99% is due to second shift receptionist. She sits on her phone either making a video or video calling or is in the mirror. Very short and comes off rude.
