The room needs to be cleaned a little better and the staff needs to make sure everything that should be in the room is

Extremely noisy at night and the front desk gal didn’t seem to be friendly so pointless to get her involved.
Also could use more in the room,( ie. Coffee, more blankets) without having to ask for everything.
Other than that it was ok for the price.
Clean,
Comfortable bed, adequate meal preparation area.

It was overall a good experience. I would stay there again. If I came often, I would grow weary of the poor washer/dryer and marginal fitness center...and lack of housekeeping...but, it was adequate. I slept well. Liked the Dove products. Staff were very nice.
Great hotel but the morning staff needs to be better trained

A very nice hotel. The first night there was loud music playing in the parking lot till 2 AM. The front desk lady did not care or apologize in anyway.
The second night was great. Clean rooms at a good price, and the front desk lady was very friendly.
Nice hotel need to repair exercise equipment

The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. The property was in a secure area with the grounds upkeep above standard. The issues I have with the facility are primarily with management not responding to complaints in a timely manner. The exercise room had multiple machines down and not repaired during my stay which was over 2 months. I reported the hot water was not getting to my room on a regular basis the response all my systems are working don’t know what to tell you. The laundry had several machines down my entire stay.
Clean room and comfortable bed.

Arrived late but was warmly greeted. We brought our dog and the desk clerk made this addition painless. When we got to the room we were pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities in the suite. The bed was very comfortable.

I stay at this property often and have always been happy with the service. I stay at other properties often and this location is on par with them all. Staff is friendly and helpful. Could use some more variety in the Cupboard and an easier way to pay for items but this is common with all Candlewood properties.
Big Comfortable Rooms but No Breakfast

Great rooms, clean, good common areas. However, no breakfast. Very happy with the cleanliness and bed comfort.
Staff could be a little more courteous. Also, no breakfast. They sell you granola bars and other little things.
Free Laundry & Super Staff

Upon arrival we felt like family -the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking area, lobby, our room, hallways and exercise facilities were very clean and orderly. The free laundry was an added benefit we’d been traveling and needed those services.

Bed are unconfutable and not a good sleep TVs are to small water tastes weird even the ice low water presser and.
Nice as long as you don't need breakfast or ADA shower

Hotel was clean and in good condition. The decaf coffee was empty on our arrival. The ADA room had a tub rather than a walk-in shower stall. There is no continental breakfast.

Really great place to stay, you get everything you need plus it’s in a great location for any other needs you may have. The staff was kind and pleasant My only complaint is that i couldn’t get a receipt during checkout and it wasn’t emailed to me. But would still recommend this hotel
