Staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. It was a quick stay so I just used the basic stuff but everything worked and it was a great stay

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfy and I like the fact it has a couch and a recliner to relax and watch TV. It definitely will be somewhere I'd stay again.

You won't get what you reserved. The place is dirty. Staff were nice and did what they could but, this is an assumption, their hands are tied to make any decisions. We were not greeted as IHG members. Incredibly disappointed. Very upset that no discount was even offered for our inconvenience.
Nice but mattress was uncomfortable

The overall stay was good. Our major disappointment was the bed. The mattress was not comfortable at all. It felt like it was sagging like it had been slept on in the same place for too many years. The shower was difficult to adjust to the right temperature and the valve switching from tub to shower was in need of repair.

Because there was staff in training upon my arrival, I had to remind them that as a Platinum Elite member, I get bonus points for my stay. No welcome amenity was offered. Otherwise, great stay.

This hotel is great and the staff worked quickly to remedy the problems I had upon check-in and with the first room I was put in, where the refrigerator didn't work. The rooms are clean, the amenities are awesome and the staff is amazing!

Actually staying again in a few days I can't wait. This hotel is top notch and for a trucker it means a lot.

Air conditioning did not work; room had a feces smell to it; front desk clerk was uncooperative when checking in; booked a specific room and when we arrived we were told that room was not available, with no compensation given. Pool was not very clean, had a green tint on the bottom.

The hotel was clearly newly renovated. Great rooms and great service all the way around. We experienced no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
