Very clean quiet safe place to stay. The bed was very nice we loved staying here and will again. You can not go wrong booking your stay here. People and stay supet great

bathroom and floors were dirty. very dusty. everything was okay. AC was working. TV was good but not access to netflix or any other streaming services. friendly staff. gym was decent. pool was closed.
Noise, noise, noise

I do not like leaving a negative review but we stopped at the hotel during a road trip. The only thing we want is a good night sleep. Unfortunately the occupants of the adjoining room made noise all night. Perhaps it's because these are suites but I have no idea what type of people are staying there. Definitely will never go back.

It was a nice stay the room was clean and comfortable.I had a good nights sleep with out any slamming doors . Nice place

If visiting Gettysburg, spend extra money and stay local, many good restaurants there too. Place was under construction, room was wore out, entry doors not secure. Free lobby washer and dryer was nice perk

I like that this hotel is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. I wish I pool was available to use.

I have never had such a bad experience. Renovations is one thing, but filthy is not acceptable. Dirty walls, carpet smelling of pet urine.
Front desk staff was not polite, did not recognize me as diamond member. Was shocked when I stated I was diamond.
Fire alarm was on for 3 hours starting at 1am.
I thought I would leave with bed bugs. Not much else to say.

I had a great stay. Room was great. Staff was great. Comfortable beds. New Room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

1. after I CHOSE the type room I wanted online, a person called and changed it based on HER question and decision that I didn't "need" two beds.
2. upon arrival, I almost left because it looked and smelled like a junky dump.
3. No restaurant or food other than cupboard snacks.
4. ran out of towels.. only two to start with for 5 night stay... seems hotel had a limited amount. Also had about 5 Kleenex in box.. hotel did not have any more.
5. TV only worked part of the time.
6. phone only worked on "speaker phone", not on hand set.

Building is always clean and staff are wonderful. We love being able to have our pets with us as well.

The location is right off the highway, and we appreciate being able to travel with our dogs.
