Exceptional Stay — Exceeded Expectations
We stayed at Staybridge Suites Chantilly for nine days on a business trip, and our experience was beyond excellent. The suite was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay.

The complimentary social hour was a wonderful touch, offering a relaxing evening meal and wine. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities, which made it easy to manage our schedule while traveling. The fitness center was well-maintained and allowed me to stay consistent with my wellness goals.

Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and eager to assist. Their hospitality truly made a difference.

We will absolutely choose Staybridge Suites again when visiting the area for both business and leisure, and we highly recommend it to others.

Privacy Violation & Disrespectful Response

During my stay at Staybridge Suites Chantilly – Dulles Airport, staff entered my room around 8:30 a.m. despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I voiced concern, employee Corbin ended our exchange with “Have a blessed day,” which felt dismissive and inappropriate after a privacy breach. The General Manager, Amy Avalos, minimized my concern and even said I’d “look crazy” filing a complaint. Fairfax County is one of the most religiously diverse areas in Virginia—staff should stay neutral and respectful. Other guests have also reported poor experiences with this management team. IHG Corporate should review and retrain this location.

One of the best hotels ive been to and ive been on the road 12 plus years friendly/family environment staff was amazing weather it was early am or late night they had a smile .the cleaning was always good the food and atmosphere is amazing .especially outdoors you have enough room to start a football game either side of property. Also the Planes the come land that just grab ur attention no other place like it so far

This is a great place to stay if you still want a homey, friendly neighborhood feel. Everyone we encountered at the hotel, both the staff and guests, was pleasant and respectful. We look forward to returning.

Time for a refresh

My wife and I have had several long duration stays at this hotel over the past few years due to living abroad and returning home for extended visits. Generally, we have found the rooms comfortable, clean and the hotel is centrally located for our needs. During our recent stay, which included eight nights, and then two nights a week later, some new light was shed on this hotel. We noted that the hotel has turned into more of a construction worker sanctuary, to include their families. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not our thing. The staff still remained accommodating and pleasant.
During our recent stay we experienced several issues. The room had a broken thermostat, stuck on 65 degrees, and a shower that barely produced hot water. As well, the shower head barely produced a decent stream of water from the shower head. I contacted the desk and they had a technician repair the thermostat issue in a timely fashion. We had booked our usual king suite, but instead received an "accessible room" with a queen, maybe double bed. Honestly, we both had two terrible nights of sleep prior to returning to the UK. The room and furniture was definitely in need of a refresh, and the bed was too small. Sadly, when we looked at the final bill, the room was averaging $190 per night, which seemed to be high in comparison to past visits. Although we have enjoyed past stays, I believe we will pass on future ones to this facility.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the evening social and breakfast. The brats were grilled on-site. The salad was fresh and crispy. Plenty of extras to choose from. The breakfast fruit and melons were cut fresh, not poured from a store-bought bag. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location.
