Brautiful Hotel

This hotel out rates any other hotel we have had a stay. Our suite was great. Very roomy with a view of the Virginia mountains. The breakfast was outstanding each morning. I cannot say enough good things about our stay.

Maybe Bed Bugs in my room

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I was in room no 429 and both me and my wife were bitten by what seems to be bed bugs.
I complained the next day morning at the front desk
I was promised that they would check the room , investigate and update me
I am writing this so you can get the hotel and rooms checked for bed bugs and / or other infestations

We enjoyed the comfortable suite. The TVs could be upgraded as well as the complimentary breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in good condition.

Wonderful hotel and great staff. Jamar checked us in and he treated us like royalty. The coffee was wonderful and the breakfast also. When we come to Charlottesville again we will stay there again.

Great place in Charlottesville

This hotel was exceptional. Very nice people checked us in and was able to help modify our stay to make it easy on us. The room was very nice. Room services were not standard during our stay the people "Hooked us up" with a brief touch up while we were out. The breakfast, as usual with Staybridge, was excellent. If you are visiting the Charlottesville area and an IHG member, this is the place to go.

Large room with awesome little kitchen and huge shower. Small bug issue but quiet !! Not enough food for breakfast and not enough of sitting areas either.

Hands down the number 1 place Ive stayed. Three most important things in a successful business, 1-People 2- People and 3- People!! Everyone was so kind and helpful and I mean everyone. Clean,quiet and professional with a great price. This was my 25th stay at different hotels this year. Thank you!

The staff was super friendly in the hotel appeared to be almost brand new. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was awesome. Super clean super nice highly recommended
