Have happy hours and the staff who are so friendly, the hotel has everything such as Gym, Entertainment room, Laundry, Swimming pool, kitchen. Moreover, Hotel provide Breakfast, Dinner and happy hours

La habitación que elegí era de una suite con cama king size y la que nos dieron fue una de cama queen y le hicimos el comentario al encargado en turno y no le tomó importancia y aseguraba que todas las de una cama eran de cama king size y le dijimos 3 veces que no que por favor la fuera a revisar y no nos tomó importancia
Incluso medimos la cama y le dijimos, aún así no nos hicieron caso de nuestra inconformidad

Mi estadía en el hotel fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda y con una vista espectacular. Las instalaciones, como la piscina y el spa, superaron mis expectativas. Sin duda, volveré en mi próxima visita. ¡Altamente recomendado!

The location of the hotel was good for our drive back to the US. The complimentary happy/social hour fr exceeded any expectation. Breakfast was very good also. Very comfortable room.

Room Upgrade that felt like a downgrade.

I have stayed in this property several times in the past few years, it is my go to in the city.
I was excited to receive a notification that my room was upgraded, i had two reservations back to back since i was using points and reward nights.
The room upgrade felt like a downgrade:
-First of all the shower in the original room was remodeled, where in the new one i had the usual bathtub instead of walk in shower.
-Second, I've stayed in the type of room the upgrade was set to, but this one specifically had a really awkward layout, the table by the fridge made it very uncomfortable to sit, the room had the TV in a very awkward configuration not really easy to enjoy.
-Third, issues with the room, the nightstand lamps were non functioning. and the main one for me was the fridge, which you have to turn on by rotating the dial from not cold to cold or coldest, i did that first thing when getting into the room, just to find out that night that my food had been sitting unrefrigerated the whole day thus ruining it and had to throw away. I did mention it when requesting a late check out the morning after and by mid day it was already working, but should've been functional to begin with.
One noticeable thing this trip is the building in front of the hotel has a patio bar at the same level of level 7 and 8 of the hotel, weekends you hear the music all night long which if you're a light sleeper can definitely affect your quality of sleep.
